Drove 3 hours to purchase a used Nissan Frontier from Marisol Morales at Phillips Chevy in Lansing. In 30+ years of buying cars, this was among the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've ever had. Very friendly and accommodating, and Marisol did such a great job keeping in touch by phone & e-mail. Super-professional and wonderful to work with. Did I enjoy 3 hours there and 3 hours back ? Not really. But I got a great vehicle, a very fair deal, and every single person I dealt with at Phillips made it worth the time & trouble.

A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.

Well, I was a little frustrated at first due to this being a reoccurring problem. However, Rick Kruse in the service department took care of the problem quickly and communicated with me through the process.
