He went out of his way to make sure I was totally satisfied with the purchase, and he made sure the applications needed were downloaded before I left the lot. I can honestly say, of all the years that I've shopped for cars (over 40+ years), this is the first time I've encountered someone who made me feel as if I was a part of his family.
