Absolutely the greatest buying experience of our life. Tre the salesman also the sales manager Eric and ended up with Robert Kelly the finance manager. We were able to complete most of our conversations over the phone. When we went in to close the deal we were in and out of there and under 2 hours. And I'll bet every bit of 45 minutes to an hour was nothing but us socializing with AutoNation Chevys Gilberts staff. Awesome experience. Lila went above and beyond to assist my fiance and I in finding the perfect vehicle after our family car was totaled in an accident. A light went on on the dashboard and I took it to the dealership to get it looked at. The service department called me the next day and said it would be $11,000 and the engine was no good. I was forced to buy a new car and my Chevy Cruz 2017 had only 54,000 miles on it.
