I love a new car, but hate the buying experience.....usually! But I bought my first MINI in 2003 and just traded it in for a 2018. Buying a car at MINI is not your USUAL buying experience. There were no games and no gimmicks for starters. Dana Halligan was our salesperson and she was incredible. I never for a moment felt pressured. She was very informative and helped me obtain the best financing. Even after the sale I have called her with operating questions and she couldn't be more accommodating. My wife and I had an Excellent experience working with Richard Rollnick , Sales and Leasing Consultant for Schumacher Mercedes Benz in Scottsdale, AZ in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the professional manner by which Richard conducted himself throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about his products, a gentleman at all times and most important was a good listener. He listened to our needs and interests and then directed us in the best buying direction for us.
I would highly recommend Richard Rollnick as the best person in AZ to work with to purchase a new or used Mercedes Benz.

I first met Dana over the phone when I decided to actually begin the process to lease a new Mini. I had been a very satisfied Mini owner for 13 years and was still in my 2004 Mini at 167,000 miles. Dana was extremely helpful via phone and email and I was almost positive of my choice before I left my home in Tucson to finally lease my car. I have always liked the Mini dealerships for their cleanliness, fun colors and friendly personnel. As soon as I drove up I could see my car and knew that was the one for me. I was fortunate enough to speak with Lou Gordon on his cell phone. Since I live in Payson it was important that I get preliminary details handled before committing to a 90 minute drive.
Lou was articulate, polished, and had the bearing of a person who could be believed and trusted. He was obviously a professional who had a career position that was earned rather than granted.
I arrived to the beautiful facility and was greeted by well dressed and refined sales people who directed me to Lou's office. Lou welcomed me, got right to business, and directed other team members to ensure that the sales process went efficiently.
