Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Just had my 2025 GMC serviced at Al Serra, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience. The service was incredibly quick and efficient?had me back on the road in no time. I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

Had good experience with the sales rep who helped me. Appreciated their themed Hawaiian week decorations for some morale boosting! The car I test drove didn't end up being the one for me, but if it had I would have been happy to purchase from them.

My son got into a terrible accident, where he got hit from behind by someone going at high speed, and his Trax got absolutely smashed into the car ahead of him. The tires were sideways and the car looked mangled. He walked out of it with no injury. Chevy for the safety win!

Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with the Service department at Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC. Justin and his team took excellent care of me, and my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. With his help, my truck should run forever but when I am in the market for a new GMC pick-up, I'm coming to Bob Jeannotte. The Service Department has set the bar extremely high however, so the Sales Department has a high mark to aim for. I have every confidence that they'll hit a home run when the time comes, though.

Joe my service representative was honest and diligent. He assisted me with getting a part for the outside of my car and installed it while I waited.

My experience was awesome as usual. I?ve been taking my vehicles to Al Serra for years and the staff, technicians ,etc has always treated me with the utmost respect and comfort.

I want to express the complete level of customer satisfaction I had with the recent service on my vehicle. Everything I experienced was outstanding. Scheduling the appointment was easy and offered flexibility that meet my busy schedule. When I arrived, the check-in started before I even got out of the car. The work was completed ahead of the schedule time they gave me. They even cleaned the car. It was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Had issue with my entertainment center. Service techs diagnosed problem, ordered parts, and installed them on same day. Offered loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced.

They were able to fit in my service. It didn?t take to long.

This is a follow up on my previous notation from thos morning. I spoke with the service manager. Fortunately he was just brief by my service rep. He told me to give him a couple of hours to get back to me. He called me an hour and half. Very polite and understanding. He took the time to break it all down with me. It was unfortunate for me GM used plastic fuel lines instead of rubber. Completely dried out lines are cracking and brittle from the fuel pump to both tanks. All lines need to be replace. I could of just told them to put it back together. But it would have been an unsafe vehicle. I guess thats what happens when you fall in love with a 2008 LS3...Good people at lunghamner chey.. Mercedes Benz at Ann Arbor has over exceeded my expectations. Specifically dealing with Mickey in Sales department has only given peace of mind that I am being cared for. I am really happy with overall services provided by him. Dan at the Finance department was awesome too.

Staff and faculty were very nice and helpful. I can definitely recommend Chris Beck salesman. Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Didn?t go there for the Equinox. Was looking at the Traxx. Glad I ended up with Equinox. More space, love it

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.
