Roberts Robinson Chevrolet Buick GMC Hands down.... The finest bunch of people I have ever had the opportunity to work with when it comes to their sales and service. Not only did they have to repair a recent rift I had with other car salesmen in general, and a shotgunned credit app not days before, but they gained my confidence in the process, fully explained every aspect of the purchase, worked out details, options, and warranties, and wrapped up my loan in exactly the way I hoped they would. I recieved what I paid for and then some. They gave me a FANTASTIC trade in value for my Rouge, found something in my Wants vs. Needs category, and treated me like more than a lady and a customer, they treated me like an OWNER. Aaaaand then came time for the fastest in and out inspection process you have ever seen. When it comes to service, everything has been on point, and when I did have a break down and needed to use my warranty, they were SPOT ON. Everything was spectacularly clean, the people were friendly, again, treated like more than a customer. I WAS AN OWNER. They even helped me arrange all of the assistance I needed to get back and forth from the shop to the Good Samaritan, kept me cool with refreshments while I waited, and had a bad starter fixed in less than 24 hours of it coming in on a tow truck. Aaaaaand then the first oil change and rotation, which was a great deal less money than I expected to pay. I'm also working out a few kinks in the truck and the service AND the sales department went waaay out of their way to get these fixed for me. So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

I have personally bought two different vehicles from this dealership they were both used and they were both very reliable cars. I have to make a shout out to my advisor, his name is Taylor swagger, I have been asking him for almost impossible outcomes for the last 10 years, this man delivers everything I asked for plus. I just had a new set of tires put on my Camaro this week and an inspection and a muffler install two pass inspection. Taylor actually brought the tires that came off my car over to my house this weekend. Where do you find people like this? This gentleman has done everything under the sun for me and then use his own personal vehicle to bring me tires that came off of my Camaro to my house. I will never forget this gesture that this gentleman did for me, he didn't want to put my old tires in my Camaro so I can bring them home myself, again use his own personal vehicle to bring them to my house. What a guy

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

We went to just to look but drove away in a gorgeous new Chevy Trailblazer. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were getting what we wanted within the budget we needed. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, I would definitely go visit the team at Cable-Dahmer on Nolan Road in Independence. I am in love with my cute little new car.

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

Mike Hooper, the new car salesman, was very professional and helpful in walking me through the steps to order and receive my new car. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and plan to be back next time I'm in need.

We own two other GM products. I was getting service at our local dealership and heard a customer Raving about the Chevy TRAX. While waiting, I decided to test drive a TRAX. Could Not believe the performance from this 1.2 litre Turbocharged engine. The interior is Large and has more amenities than you would ever need. At a list price of 24,500 and 30+ mpg it's an unbelievable Value! Didn't really Need a new vehicle but I bought it and I can't get my Wife out of it. We both love this vehicle. Gonna sell one of the other two mainly because they don't get driven because we always get in the TRAX. I Highly Recommend this vehicle to All age groups. Affordable, Safe, Economical and if you need storage space, this is the Best out there at an unbelievable Price Point. You can buy with confidence....

Received an oil change done and received what up coming maintenance costs on my 2017. Taylor handled my request in a timely manner.

Brandon did a great job answering my questions in the prepurchase. Though he was off the day I flew up, Tim stepped in and showed the vehicle and took the pre purchase information with ease. Lee the finance job was friendly but stuck to business and I appreciated that, he did try to sell me the world only the vehicle. I usually pay cash for my cars and my last purchase the finance guy spend and hour trying to get me to take a loan with them instead. I really appreciated when he finished, he led the way to his door shook my hand and said, "We could visit, but you have a seven hour drive a head you and you need to get on the road." He was right.
