Always appreciate the updates frequently. Steven answered all of my questions. Service was prompt and wait was as expected. I have never had service completed by dealer but will consider now!

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

Oil change. No problem. Difficult to describe an oil change with twenty five words. Now I am not happy with this survey. I will not give another survey.

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

Loved how fast and friendly they were! We will back when we need a new vehicle again.

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

Before I found this dealership, I had nothing but distain for car dealers. These guys restored my faith in humanity. Rick and Mike in the Preowned department were very professional and absolutely no pressure salesmen. No added fees, no xx and that includes the Finance guy that closes the paperwork ( mine was a cash deal). I was convinced before finding this dealer that all car dealers were alike. These people proved that perception wrong! So refreshing to know that there are still some good, honest folks out there.

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

Brought truck into the dealership with engine service light on. Problem was diagnosed correctly and repaired in a timely manner. Now truck is running great. Thanks

We own two other GM products. I was getting service at our local dealership and heard a customer Raving about the Chevy TRAX. While waiting, I decided to test drive a TRAX. Could Not believe the performance from this 1.2 litre Turbocharged engine. The interior is Large and has more amenities than you would ever need. At a list price of 24,500 and 30+ mpg it's an unbelievable Value! Didn't really Need a new vehicle but I bought it and I can't get my Wife out of it. We both love this vehicle. Gonna sell one of the other two mainly because they don't get driven because we always get in the TRAX. I Highly Recommend this vehicle to All age groups. Affordable, Safe, Economical and if you need storage space, this is the Best out there at an unbelievable Price Point. You can buy with confidence....

Graph Chevrolet is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax and I had a couple of issues which were minor. Craft Chevrolet was busy at the time. I took my vehicle to clay Cooley Chevrolet and they did two diagnostic tests for an electrical issue and tried to charge me for two tests. I called graph Chevrolet Carlos. The used car sales manager got right on the issue. They paid for the two diagnostic tests that Clay Cooley did Clay Cooley tried to rip me off for a brand new transmission graph Chevrolet did their diagnostic test and one part needed to be cleaned and it needed the transmission fluid changed. That was all I highly recommend. Graph Chevrolet for all your car business from now on. I know they'll get my business from now on when I purchase another vehicle. The sales manager Carlos got on top of everything very fast and even the same day actually I really enjoyed the sales person that we had Jesus. He was very pleasant, not pushy and was a good person to work with. Then. I also spoke with Stephanie in the service department. She was very pleasant. Took time to explain everything to me as to what needed to be done and how fast it would be taken care of and it was done very quickly within a day again Graff Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I even have a family member that is considering purchasing their next vehicle from craft Chevrolet down the line. Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. So good in fact, we sent our granddaughter in to see Tony, and she too purchased a new Chevy. Thanks Tony, we only hope the service dept. lives up to what sales and finance have set as a high bar.
