Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

It was enjoyable and very good sale staff. This is the 2nd car we bought of them. I would buy another hopefully not to long down the road.

Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

2025 zero issues, Run better than vehicle with CVT. Overall, it seen doing great, like its stylish & design. will update in one years about my experience.

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

I recently purchased a 2025 Silverado 2500 HD from Spitzer Chevrolet Lordstown. I was assisted by Andy H., and I can't tell you how easy this process was. The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Klaben rates #1, I travel 2 1/2 hours one way for the service and to be treated like family. I have been dealing with Klaben since 2010. Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

I rented a Trax while out of state and loved it.I used it for 4 days and 1,200 miles later I decided once home I was going to purchase one. Two days ofter I was home I purchased one and headed out of town during a Michigan winter storm. Thankfully I purchased the all wheel drive offered as an option this little car was dragging its under side while going through 7 inches of snow. It’s a peppy little car but I still get 38mpg on the highway and 29 mph around town. The drivers seat is pretty comfortable- it’s rear mirrors are in a good location- it AC and heater work great - I have yet to have any issues with 11,000 miles on it . I use it driving about 450 miles per day I can choose any vehicle I want but than the cost per mile goes up I have had larger more expensive cars in the past but I finally found a good little car I can travel in for my job. The better mileage and cost of gas my company pays for so now I am receiving 70 % more to put in my pocket with the money I am saving. And driving that many miles each day on average says a lot for the Chevy Trax.

So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. My 2019 Trax LT hasn't had any problems. (knock wood) The stereo system is great, if the headrest would tilt back it'd be a 5 star on comfort. As is, long trips are comfortable. The turbo hesitates if I haven't kicked it in before it's needed. Blow the cobwebs out so to speak. Overall, I love my lil' blue Trax LT.

I was in the market for a Honda Type R for a couple months, pretty hard to find, but Marhofer Hyundai had a red one. The dealership was extremely friendly, zero pressure, really put you at ease. Mike Baldwin asked what car I was looking for and when I told him the Type R, he said let’s go grab the keys. After talking for about 5 mins, he handed me the keys and said go take it for a drive where ever you want, let me know how it was when you get back. That was a first for me (this is the 7th car I’ve purchased in my life), especially for the type of car it was, I was kinda shocked. The car was beautiful. 2 days later I purchased the car and have loved it ever since. I had zero pressure, no spamming of phone calls after my visit or texts, no stress. They also texted me a week later to ask how it’s been. Again, that also has never happened to me. 5 out of 5 stars, would 1000% recommend. Look for Mike when you go

Have had the Trax over 2 years and happy with its performance so far. Wish it was a bit stronger ln pickup. Storage behind back seats could be a little larger. HAS A SPARE TIRE. Wish had a center storage compartment. Heard not good in snow, esp do not use in more than 4-5 inches as bottom of car is low tho not tried it. But was warned. Otherwise happy

Great service! They had the best stocked waiting room! Very clean! The oil change was quick and they even washed the car! The customer service was friendly and made sure I understood everything! Was welled pleased!!

I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

My son got into a terrible accident, where he got hit from behind by someone going at high speed, and his Trax got absolutely smashed into the car ahead of him. The tires were sideways and the car looked mangled. He walked out of it with no injury. Chevy for the safety win!

This is a great car I love my LT trax performance is great and is a lot of room I'm 6-5 and I can get in and out with ease and very comfortable!!! I would highly recommend this vehicle.

I recently had my car's oil changed at Cochran Honda, and I was very pleased with the experience. The service was efficient; my car was ready in a timely manner and they even provided a video in which the technician explained everything he checked on my car.

It can be a little stressful purchasing a car online, so working with people who are responsive to your questions and concerns definitely helps to provide a comfort level. Tom Craig and Dustin Dykes were extremely helpful throughout the process, responding to my questions in a timely manner, usually within a couple hours. All in all, they provided excellent customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them help me with future vehicle purchases.

Like the Auto 4 wheel drive living near Buffalo, N.Y. So far short trips only, comfortable, have the LT model good gas not fantastic, ride good because of large tires, a little stiff.
