We purchased this car used from Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston, RI, with 1yr warranty. Unfortunately within 1 week of purchase we noticed driver door wasn't properly installed. Dealer refused to fix it. Will never go back to that dealership

2011 and 179,000 miles still running strong. Main repairs, some under warranty Expect your power steering pump to leak. Fixed 2x. 2nd time had to pay to replace new p. steering pump and rack assembly. $1200. Water pump leaked, needed replacing at 80k. $500 Valve cover gaskets leak. Engine runs strong, up to 21mpg highway. Transmission is smooth. Replaced all struts and shocks myself at 120k. ,$400 for all fr Amazon. Replaced all rotors and pads 2x in 179,000. Did myself at home. Rotors are $50 each doe AC Delco Silver ( Made in China) Pads are $60 for all 4 ceramic pads. YouTube has tons of videos on how to do brakes. Tuned up myself with Iridium plugs. Need a special spark plug wrench. Plugs are deep inside engine. Replaced all 6 spark coils myself for $80. Total tune-up with air & pcv filter less than $200. Interior still looks great. Most comfortable seats I've had. Exterior tricoat white pearl paint still glistening. Cooper tires last 75k on this car. Goodyear Fortrera stock tires noisy after 20k. Blowout at 30k. Auto VSC auto stabilze worked perfect. Keep car straight after blowout at 75moh.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

One note to buyers. This is a great commuter car, not good for road trips. Charging time is quite slow, and range gets much lower in cold weather, or with ac on, or using cruise control.

This review is about my very positive experience with two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with service and repairs from Watson’s Service Dept. Recently I started having an engine problem. My Fixx tester showed a bad cylinder issue. I called and made an appt. with my service rep. Jerry Rivera. The technicians found a bad cylinder that could not be repaired and would require a new engine. I only had 118K miles on the car. I was devastated, as the cost of a new engine was over 9K. I am 76, recently retired and now on a limited fixed income, with slowly dwindling savings, due to the high cost of living and medical issues. I called the Service Director, Gabriel Sterns and discussed with him my plight. I just could not afford the high cost of the repair nor was I able to buy a used car. Gabriel and Jerry worked with GM to help me cut the cost of the new engine to half and they also provided me with a rental so I was still able to get to my Dr’s appt. etc. I can not say enough about these two wonderful gentlemen and how they helped me solve my problem. I love my car, it's a gorgeous Pearl color and it has to last for as long as I am able to drive. I am forever grateful to Gabriel, Jerry and Watson Chevrolet!

Had engine issues but GMC resolved. Love the air ride. Handles well on the road. Gas mileage is typical for these suvs. Love my truck

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

15,000 miles when I bought it, and just got 96,000. Nothing except oil changes, brakes and tires. Going to replace spark plugs, vacuum pump, and battery before I hit 100,000 and I’ll be looking to put another 100,000 on it.

It was a strange coincidence,I was driving to a friends place when a red Camaro passed me and caught my eye because I was thinking of purchasing one...as he passed me i noticed it had dealer tags,I tried to catch up but he was too quick and left me behind,I thought to myself oh well,then as I approached I noticed he was behind a truck and i caught up! I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Joe from Sicklerville now lives in Florida for 2 years my 14 Impala has 265,000 Mi on it and still runs excellent did minor repairs but still original motor transmission if you do the right maintenance on this car I expect to get at least 500,000 miles out of this car but I really do take good care of it I don't neglect anything

I purchased my Spark new, June 2019. I love this car! It is now, one month before 6 yrs of owning my Spark. It has less than 10,900 miles on it. This car has great maneuverability, gets great gas mileage, and I love the Hot Red body color. The only thing I've had to replace, in almost 6 yrs, is the battery. And that was just a few months ago during freezing weather. It gets regular oil changes and maintenance checks. The 2019 Chevy Spark is one great little car for the money.

I contacted Arizona Cars and Trucks threw cars.com & immediately got an e-mail back. I explained I was shopping around but had interest in a vehicle I saw on cars.com. We made an appointment for Saturday at 1:00 with RAY. He was professional and wanted to be there to assist just like he said he would in the e-mail. I have had only 2 warranty issues. Both were immediately taken care of with no other issues on the truck. This has been the best vehicle I have owned out of 21 vehicles in my life. The comfort, power, features and dependability is why I gave it 5 Stars! I have roughly 59, 000 miles on it and I drive it every day. The gas mileage is 30MPG at 55 MPH!! I regularly get 23-25 on the highway at 65. Overall I get a real 16.5 in the city, and 24 on the Highway. My truck has been babied and kept clean at all times. No dogs, no kids, and I am happy with it.

My husband and I went to Jay Auto Sales to check out some of their used cars. We needed to replace my beloved old Prius that was rear-ended and totaled by the insurance company. We were greeted outside by Robert, who invited us into his office inside to talk. After chatting for awhile, we told him that money was really an issue, and as it happens there were no cars that day that we could really afford. He was so understanding, and actually did not try to sell us a car at all, but recommended that we get our car back and get it fixed because that would cost less than buying another car. We were so impressed with his honesty and really, a very kind and caring attitude. We did not buy a car that day, but if I were going to buy a car from a dealer, I would definitely go to Jay Auto Sales and talk to Robert.

I love my new car. It rides smooth and has lots of room. It is very clean and is everything I was looking for. It even came with a remote start
