My repair contact, max, was one of the most helpful i have experienced in the service—customer interface. My car (2007 FIT) certainly didn’t look great nor were the functioning systems healthy. Two experiences here in Green Vally I have felt were a rip off. Yet, based on my request to “check tires and equipment” set me up to expect a quick review and a go head to go north.
I was amazed in my acceptance to the diagnosis an repair needs of the Fit. I had dealt with you folks before and was very confident I would get an honest assessment and very high quality service job. Max identified 13 significant service needs. The bootom line was costly for a retiree but I never hesitated or worried about road problems. I took off to flag and the next day to Gallup moving like my porch-like fit.
You have combined all the elements of a great company- honesty, speed and a fair price.

ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS-AND TRANSMISSION BLEW UP

I LOVE this little car... but had to replace transmission at 80K. And all the switches in the car must have been made in CHINA. I'm CONSTANTLY ordering a switch or replacement button online. AND, the PLASTIC interior trim pieces i.e. the FAKE chrome plastic is very flimsy and cheap. The lights display on the radio occasionally pixels and goes out unless you jiggle volume knob. Other than that, the back is huge when both seats are put flat, the leather interior and seats are quite nice, it runs good and has a lot of power when getting on the freeway (2.4L) . As much as I love it, it requires constant tinkering and attention for one minor problem or another. The plastic on the headlights oxidizes frequently, despite cleaning and waxing. Probably would not buy another one... just built to chintzy.
Excellent customer service. Lots of inventory. Prices are fair. I would recommend new customers to dealership. Friendly group people. Would come back again thank you.

Good EV option from mainstream automaker

Good option if looking at a low mileage, used EV. If buying new, the entry level options of the Tesla Model 3 are a better deal. The Bolt has intuitive and easy to use and understand controls and displays. The range indicators as in other Chevy plugin vehicles are very accurate and it is easy to beat the indicated and rated range. Acceleration is good and handling and ride comfort are both solid. I am 6' 0" tall with a thin build and the backrest of the front seats were not very comfortable for me. Seats felt like they were forcing me into a slouching posture. Other shorter drivers and passengers were comfortable.
I took my 2015 Honda CRV for a scheduled oil change. The service also included checking all fluid levels, tires, and belts. I also elected to have the tires rotated. AuutoNation provides shuttle service to a nearby mall. While there, I received a phone call from the service manger letting me know that the tires did not require rotating, but that the cabin filter needed replacing. I approved this service. When I returned to pick up my car, the manager reviewed the services provided and made recommendations future service visits. The service was promptly completed and I was on my way.

I think it great for transportation and it really can be used for business or personal use. and tranportation of family and friend or self.
This was the best car buying experience for me. No pressure to buy, they let you check the car out throughly, and the whole process took less than 1 hour, which was so fantastic, cause the big dealers keep you there all day. Josh was very fair on the price, he came down off the sticker price to a very good deal. I also recieved financing here at Tucson Auto Sales, at a very low interest rate and on my way out the door Josh gave me free oil change coupons for like 2 years! Overall I give Tucson Auto Sales a 10 out of 10. They are that good, and very low key. Thanks again you guys

Potholes in Omaha are insane and unfortunately, I lost her. She was a great little first car. I named her Dorthy. She got me everywhere I needed to go. I got a flat tire once, and power steering did need repair at 180k (?) Miles. About 700 to fix. Her and I went to Missouri and back in one day! I'm hoping to buy another very soon.
This Car has given us absolutely no trouble at all. It has been very reliable and gets us to and from our destination every time. We have owned other product's from Chevy and the performance, dependability and efficiency just gets continues to improve. It's just another great design by Chevrolet and it continues to meet our family needs. This Car has the standard 3.5 V6 and has been averaging an amazing 32 miles to gallon highway on high grade premium. The Car has 92,000 miles on it now. The only thing we've done is religious oil changes at 3,000 miles with Valvoline 10-30 Synthetic blend and Lucas oil stabilizer in place of the one quort of oil that is left out with the oil change. I also use K&N air and oil filter. The air filter has contributed to fuel economy. We expect nothing less from Chevrolet. Very happy Chevrolet customer.
Spoke with a new salesperson Lana. She was not new at all just new to Jay Auto Sales. Very helpful, seemed like tons of knowledge about cars and trucks. Very welcome surprise. Along with being willing to do what ever was needed to assist me. Showed me a great selection of vehicles, sadly nothing available in my price range that fit my needs. If my situation changes i will be back and i will for sure tell my friends to see Lana and Jay Auto Sales for their next purchase.

It is tough, smart and great on gas. Im enjoying my new speakers the smart phone compatability is very handy. Also the Chevy Colorado drives smooth in towns with rough roads and on the highway. 100% recomend purchasing one of these vehicles.

This vehicle met most of my needs. Except it is higher so I have to stretch my leg to get in and due to my height I have to get on my tip toes to close liftgate
My first time experience at this dealership was very positive. My service appointment for installation of an accessory for my RAM 1500 was made by Charles for 7:30AM. I arrived 10 min. early and within one minute was greeted and about 3 min. later Charles came out to discuss my appointment. The final price was $5.00 less than the quoted price, but I didn't complain and when work on the vehicle was almost finished, Charles informed of some "software" upgrades that were available and there would be no charges if I wanted them (I had them installed which added about 40 min. to the job).
It should be noted that I tried to purchase and have this accessory installed at a Dodge / RAM dealer that is located at the Tucson Auto Mall which is about 9 miles closer to my home. When I called the Auto Mall dealer and explained what I wanted, I was transferred to the Service Dept. to explain what I wanted, then I got transferred to the Parts Dept. to check on availability of the parts (the item needed to be ordered), then I got transferred back to the Service Dept. to check on the installation cost, then I was about to be transferred back to Parts to find out how long to get the parts but I hung up because this dealer made me feel like I was a middle-man instead of a customer.
I will return to Larry Miller Dodge / RAM for any future needs for my RAM 1500 truck.
