Best Customer Service Ever!!!

I just purchased my first car today. I was very nervous and didn't know what quite to expect, but James walked me through everything! He was patient, understanding, and pleasant to be around. He worked very hard from 11:45 AM until 6:00 PM to ensure that all of the hoops I potentially had to jump through were eliminated! I appreciated his honesty and willingness to find the best insurance product that worked with my budget as a first time buyer. All of his time and dedication were solid proof that Mitsubishi values their customers and puts their needs first! I sincerely hope that the general manager sees this and considers giving James a bonus and a raise because he is an A plus seller. A job very well done, Mitsubishi!
