This is the car that I sought out, discovered, and purchased. So far, it has served my needs and I am very satisfied. I will continue driving GM products.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

Our Chevy Equinox has been an exceptional vehicle for our family for the past three years. It is wonderful for traveling providing comfortable space for the driver and passengers as well as providing a good amount of storage. We have been very pleased with out Chevy Equinox.

Love my Suburban

I am so pleased with my 2015 suburban. We were looking for a Great family vehicle that we won’t out grow and this is it. All the tech is easy to use and makes driving the suburban feel luxurious! The suburban blows my 2014 Acura TL out of the water in comfort and ride. It’s much more quiet and drives so smooth. The turning radius is impressive. I cannot be more happy with this vehicle.
My previous review of Phillips Chevrolet was not a good one, I was new to this rating app and didn't realize that I had only given them one star. BUT THAT WAS DEFINITELY A MISTAKE!!! As a matter of fact, I'm driving a car that I purchased from them earlier this year (Chevy Malibu) and I do plan to go back in February for another car. They are absolutely THE dealership I would send my family and friends to buy a car! Please visit them soon for all of your car buying needs!

I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle
I would highly recommend Eric Pickett and Donna Lee for sales if you're looking for a Chevy or any other used vehicle. Eric is not pushy, has a calm demeanor, & has great product knowledge. If you have questions about how to operate your vehicle, he will find the answers. Soooo helpful, & truly appreciated. Donna has a great personality as well as great product knowledge as well. One thing that stood out about her is that she truly cares and will be there for you in each step of the process from beginning to end. That???s real dedication! I would also like to mention that it was a pleasure working with Henry King and Robert Noer. Great personalities and god people overall. Everyone is like a family there. Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. I'm enjoying it alot and will deal with him in the future. Thanks Bill and good luck.
The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.

This car was what I need,It is good on gas.It has plenty of leg room.It's a comfortable vehicle. A good car and it was a reasonable price.our salesman was very nice and he loved to talk.

This car meets all of my needs. It is great on gas mileage and drives smoothly. I love the interior design and blue tooth accessibility.
I visited Wickstrom Chevrolet and was helped by Sean. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge. Sean showed me 2 models, and we test drove both. Sean is an honest salesman. I have worked in the automotive industry for 14 years, and every word he spoke to me was truth. He was not overbearing or too assertive, as I have experienced with other salespeople during my adventures in car shopping. Sean asked me how I felt about the 2 different models I drove, and it helped me figure out which Chevy really sang to my heart. Though I did not strike a deal at Wickstrom, I thank Sean for helping me realize the Impala is the best car for me. I would definitely come back to Wickstrom next time I want to buy a car to give things another go.

There is plenty of room in this car. There are great features and everything is amazing. The downfalls I've found are that there's no auto-up button for the window and no mute for the radio. I'll get used of it soon though.
My family and I have bought several vehicles from Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet and could not be happier with the customer service of this team. Mark Conover has gone above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Jared Wickstrom was friendly and willing to help however he could to ensure I was satisfied. Great milage, bad traction & inadquate headlights

The worst front wheel drive car I've ever had. Lost traction at slow speed just in the rain! Lousy headlights, very difficult to see at night. Comfortable seating, but everyone had difficulty getting out - car sits too low. Paid a lot for it used, but doesn't hold value. Had a lot of recalls. Experienced more repairs than any other car. Large trunk but small opening, so could not fit anything deeper than a small cooler. Test drove the Impala prior to the Malibu - they both make a big clunk, like there is a log rolling around in the back during sudden stops. Would never recommend either car.
I dealt with Mark and let me tell you he provided the most amazing customer service. I visited multiple different dealers throughout my car search and if I had started at Wickstrom I would have never had to go to any other dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful and willing to give the best customer service. Mark made my first car buying experience one I will never forget. If you are looking for a new car and a great car buying experience go to Wickstrom and ask for Mark!

The vehicle rides well and performs well, however its way to pricey for the current economy. I chose to pay for it so that s on me. Overall great ride.

This van replaces one that I had from 2006. It is updated for the times but it is familiar and stayed the same which is good for a tradesman. It has the same classic styling and is tried and true. Spacious and roomy in the cab and the cargo area. Hauls a lot of weight. Drives smooth and is a pleasure to drive for work all day, every day. Looking for a van, this is a classic truck with new model years.
Scheduled a Saturday appointment to have my vehicle serviced and I called the day before on Friday because I decided Friday worked better for my schedule. Nick received my call and told me to come right in. He reviewed my request, serviced the vehicle, updated the factory recalls and kept me updated on the process. Fixed some door trim by hand and just took care of my vehicle. He was proficient and professional and treated me like a superstar! Most importantly I felt like a valued customer and I felt like he appreciated my business.

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.
While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!

I love this car! Lots of cargo space, leg room in back is great, handles excellent, drives like a dream. Love the Bluetooth option, navigation is a cool feature!
