Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
We negotiated prices for both the new vehicle and my trade-in with little aggravation. Both Marek and Oliver were very receptive about my estimates of value which resulted in an expedited experience..

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

This car has to be the best purchase I have made thus far it’s nice and spacious plenty of leg room my daughters dad is about 6’3 and he can sit comfortably in it compared to my Kia Optima I just had lol the whole make of the car is just awesome I love all of the safety features definitely a plus for me.
For the most part, this dealership is not bad and are legitimate. I could be picky about certain things with my car purchases and the years I’ve been with them, however at the end of the day, they always take care of me as a valued customer and I appreciate the service.

In 6’5 so the space a vehicle offers is a huge factor when car purchasing. The Silverado has ample room for my legs while still offering plenty of room for passengers behind me.
My previous review of Phillips Chevrolet was not a good one, I was new to this rating app and didn't realize that I had only given them one star. BUT THAT WAS DEFINITELY A MISTAKE!!! As a matter of fact, I'm driving a car that I purchased from them earlier this year (Chevy Malibu) and I do plan to go back in February for another car. They are absolutely THE dealership I would send my family and friends to buy a car! Please visit them soon for all of your car buying needs!

Own 2014 Silverado and I love it but I've had alot of problems ..no matter how many times I bring it to the dealership they can't find the issues... running out of warranty and problems still not fixed..

This car has been everything! I wanted a vehicle I could feel safe in and would get me where ever I needed with out a problem. It has all wheel drive which is great in the state I live in. It has plenty of room and it’s very sleek inside. I’m so happy I made this purchase.
I am completely satisfied with the service there. Aldo is fantastic, extremely helping and very trustworthy. I definitely will be coming back!

The 2016 Chevy Impala LTZ looks and rides as if it is fresh out the box. I purchased this car as a certified, preowned vehicle, with only 1 previous owner. It is fully loaded. It is FWD, but has power, so you won’t get left behind. However, it looks like a luxury vehicle and has the ability to drive like one as well. I love this car! With the lane departure warning system and other safety features, I will feel safe passing this car to on to my son once he graduates high school!
Lauren Gall, our sales person, was very personable and easy to talk to. She knew the 2018 Santa Fe inside and out and she understood what we needed in order to be able to afford the car. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable!

This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
Two sales consultants did an excellent job - Jim and Jorge. When I called about a particular used car I'd seen on Carfax, Jim took the time to make and email a video "tour" of the car for me. When I arrived from out of town, I stopped at two dealerships. My experience at Max Madsen's was great and far surpassed the customer service at the other dealership. Jorge was there to answer questions about the car. He allowed me to consider the car without the dreaded pressure one sometimes gets at a car dealership. Following my purchase, Jim followed up with a thoughtful email welcoming me to the Max Madsen "family." With sales consultants like Jim and Jorge, you can't go wrong!

This car has great handling, strong engine, extraordinary external and interior looks. Looks like an exotic sport car (Ferrari, Lamborguini), and drives like one. Is amazing the close to the floor seating feeling with an almost jet cockpit design interior, many electronic features, the NAPA red interior is lovely. The only thing wrong is the poor reliability of this car, very bad compared to the excellent Japanese reliability, and the resale value compared to what it cost you is terrible. My prior '14 Camaro ZL1 and my '11 Mustang GT had much better reliability compared to the Stingray's reliability, GM went quality cheap with their Sport car flagship: Corvette.
Great service - will return for service as required.

The truck looks great has every bell and whistle, only problem I have had so far in 3 months is the brakes failed 2 times that the truck would not stop. Brought to Denooyer chevy and they replaced the vacum booster. No problems since. The truck is under powered for its weight. Other then that it's been a great truck so far. Have had it 3 months and put 4000 miles on it.
The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.

It is an excellent truck. The interior color and design is absolutely gorgeous. I really like the blue granite metallic exterior color. The slow motion tailgate is really nice. The gas mileage has been around 19-20 which is pretty good for a full-size truck.
Always excellent, courteous service. Mark Conover always finds what I want and works with me to Come to a fair price that I can manage. If my vehicle needs service, I trust Wickstrom to do the Best job ever. I've always been happy and more than satisfied with every vehicle I've ever bought Going back over 40 years!

Sporty and racy but can’t handle very well in any type of wet weather. My car was rear-ended at 70mph and needed over $12K in repairs. It never drive the same again.
I visited Wickstrom Chevrolet and was helped by Sean. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge. Sean showed me 2 models, and we test drove both. Sean is an honest salesman. I have worked in the automotive industry for 14 years, and every word he spoke to me was truth. He was not overbearing or too assertive, as I have experienced with other salespeople during my adventures in car shopping. Sean asked me how I felt about the 2 different models I drove, and it helped me figure out which Chevy really sang to my heart. Though I did not strike a deal at Wickstrom, I thank Sean for helping me realize the Impala is the best car for me. I would definitely come back to Wickstrom next time I want to buy a car to give things another go.

I personally like the older model better but great vehicle! I wish it had a little more trunk space but less than the Suburban. But very comfortable!

This car was what I need,It is good on gas.It has plenty of leg room.It's a comfortable vehicle. A good car and it was a reasonable price.our salesman was very nice and he loved to talk.
I dealt with Mark and let me tell you he provided the most amazing customer service. I visited multiple different dealers throughout my car search and if I had started at Wickstrom I would have never had to go to any other dealership. The vehicle rides well and performs well, however its way to pricey for the current economy. I chose to pay for it so that s on me. Overall great ride.

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!
