Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Everything was great from the time we walked in the door. We have purchased a couple other cars from Everett in years past and have always had a good experience. Also, Tyler at Everett did everything he could to make sure that we found the perfect car, and we did!

I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)

I live in Charlottesville, where the car market is notoriously expensive and dificult to work with. The 50 minute ride down to Madison Heights was beyond worth it for every reason.

It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.

I purchased a used car from Sierra Mazda sight unseen, a six-hour drive from my home. I described my trade-in and they provided me a valuation contingent on it passing their inspection. I was worried that after I'd invested the time of the drive that the dealership would take advantage of its sunk-cost-customer and make amendments to the verbally agreed upon deal. E.g., "your trade-in is less pristine than we accounted for and we'll need to de-value your trade-in." To my delight and surprise, this did not happen. Robert (salesman) and Annie (paperwork specialist) processed the trade-in and purchase with utmost integrity and efficiency, getting me in and out of the dealership, on the road again back home, within an hour. I was so very pleasantly surprised to find a car dealership that was true to its word and not out to squeeze every last dollar from a vulnerable customer. I heartily recommend them for their demonstrated business ethic.

5+ years ago I leased and serviced a car from them. My experience was great. I since bought a car elsewhere and went to a couple of other places to get it serviced due to where I worked. I wish I would have stayed at Runde. One of the places I went to was a dealership in Dubuque. They were horrible. I highly recommend Runde! They pick up your car even just for an oil change, they are organized, and remember the mileage sticker in the window. They are so pleasant to work with. The work seems good. Went for oil change got a 30k mile service instead. They says my tires were getting bad so I should get new ones and so they didn?t do an alignment which I appreciated not being taken advantage of. Only thing?no shuttle service. They call Lift to get you a ride. I only work a mile away so I walked, but it was raining. They didn?t care.

A positive and quick experience at Affordable Used Cars! Thank you for the great service. I wanted to sell an extra vehicle and went to two Anchorage main stream dealerships utilizing the Kelly Blue Book appraisal program. The cash offers I received were disappointing at best. I called Affordable, talked with Joey, he said “come on in and let’s see what we can do!” Well they beat Kendall & Lithia by $2000!
