Used 2023 Chrysler Pacifica for sale near Ladue, MO

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I had been procrastinating going to a car dealership for a while now because the process always takes SO long. I knew I would have to block out a whole day and I just kept putting it off over and over. Finally, I stopped in on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon to look at a used Jeep Renegade and, unfortunately it was already sold. However, I ended up looking at some new Jeep Renegades, fell in love, and the rest is history! First off, from the moment I started looking around, Jerry was awesome! He promptly came out and greeted me and we discussed my needs. After showing me some cars and discussing some options with me, I finally took the Renegade for a test drive. We were chatting so much I almost forgot we were on a test drive! Jerry is great people! Once I decided I was interested, we went over some numbers and Jerry and the whole team kept me exactly in line with what I asked for from monthly payment to interest rate. I could not have been more impressed. Did I mention this entire process only took 3 hours!? 3 hours and I drove away with my beautiful new Jeep. This truly was the perfect car buying experience and I can't say thanks enough y'all!

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

My wife and I bought 2 24 Grand Cherokee’s from Allyson Laws at Napleton and it was a great buying experience. We appreciate great service and great was what we go from Allyson. We were just really shopping when we contacted Allyson She worked hard to develop the sale and then close it. We were challenging customers, we were looking for unique configs, we were under a tight time line due to the desired Chrysler incentive ending and we were not local to the Dealership. Everything until signing and pick up were done by email, text of phone call. Allyson was awesome from start to finish with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and patience with us ( I almost changed my mind on what model I wanted at the last minute). She found the configs we wanted and worked hard to get them. One came from a dealer 400 miles away. She will work hard to get what you want. Again we are challenging ( Engineer and Data Scientist) we have a lot of questions and Allyson mastered each and every on everyone of them. She worked both deals simultaneously and it was flawless. Additionally the weather was absolutely terrible with snow and seriously below zero temps. I really don’t know how she pulled it off actually; I’m really impressed. Her walk through was superb and notable because it was 20 below zero that day. I would not hesitate to buy again from Allyson. I expect that in a couple of years we will go back to buy another Jeep GC and she will be running the Dealership. Allyson is top notch.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

We were on the lookout for a very specific vehicle and our sales representative. Steve worked tirelessly to find the vehicle that we were looking for and established the price we were looking for as well if you are looking for a new vehicle, Steve is the man to put on the hunt for it.

I just purchased my 2nd Jeep in 4 years from Steve Lane at Cassens and both experiences were straightforward, simple, and honestly... fun! Steve is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and courteous and worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted both times. Steve was never pushy and truly listened to what I wanted and needed and the finance manager was very straightforward and easy to work with. Both car buying experiences were not the least bit stressful and I left feeling very pleased with the deal I got. I've also always had a great experience with the service department for my routine maintenance - everyone is so friendly and kind and gets my work completed in a timely manner. I've especially been impressed with the service I've received from Mike Keller - he really goes above and beyond to keep me in the loop when my car is being serviced. Although more than a year had passed since my initial negative Google review, the general manager did contact me directly when this re-post came to his attention. Apparently, his staff had not informed him of the reported issue at the time of my initial complaint. While nothing could change the past, I have to say that he did seem sincere in his concern about the circumstances and willingness to correct any shortcomings. He advised that his service department had undergone management/leadership adjustment since my negative experience . I have to give him credit and respect for reaching out even after a year. I choose to believe that he is genuinely concerned about his customers and was mislead by his then service staff.
