Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I wanted the same exact vehicle i previously had and Patrick Moseley was able to make that happen as other dealerships were not successful. Not only was he successful in finding the vehicle i wanted but he also was able to get it for a much cheaper price. Within 24 hours, i was at Patrick's desk signed the papers for my new lease. KUDOS To Golling Jeep of Roseville. I traded in my 2015 Grand Cherokee with as I was starting to rack the miles up heading north each weekend. I found an exact Golling Certified 2021 Grand Cherokee which I could transfer my running boards and trailer hitch. Fast forward to my first free oil change. While waiting I asked if the manager was available. Adam came out and I explained that I bought the Grand Cherokee that was supposed to be a Golling Certified and there were a couple of issues. He asked be to be patient as he was going to check on it. He returned and sent me home with a new loaner and said to come back tomorrow. (uneven tire wear)I asked what about the second issue, a scratched up front end which I didn't notice because I bought it in the pouring rain. He said the shop was busy but we'll give you a call and get it done. Bottom Line. New tires and front end all fixed up. Well Done ! Now its Golling Certified :)
