We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Oil change/ Battery check, overall experience was Good facility was clean , coffee and snacks available, staff pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend Dewey to family and friends

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

My car had been serviced by another local jeep dealership yet I still found myself sitting on the side of the road 2 days later. I called Dewey Dodge/Jeep and was blessed to find Stacey. I have had my Ford in for basic oil changes/transmission flushes and one repair here. Getting a loaner was easy, and was a new car that was clean. They even warmed it up and cleared the snow off of it. Through the repair process, I was informed whenever necessary, and never treated as a bother with any questions I had. The work was done correctly, and my vehicle was treated with respect and was not dirty when I picked it up. And when I picked it up, they pulled it into the service area, warmed it up, and scraped the windows while I was paying! The dealership itself is pleasant, and offers WiFi, decent coffee, a parts section, and of course, a showroom that always seems to have a Mustang or an ST model of some sort to drool over while you wait. Also, plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and willing to please. (Unlike another Ford dealer I've been to, where I was unhappy with even the work on my vehicle, and the customer service...won't say names, much as I want to.) When I buy another vehicle, if it's a Ford I decide on, I'm going to Dewey. I'm doing all my service there, too. If you had a bad experience with another dealer's service department on Merle Hay, go here instead. So much better, and couldn't ask for better service! See? Didn't drop a name...just a hint.
