I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

We originally intended on purchasing a Volkswagen Tiguan at a different dealership, and were mistreated and left. Our second option was to buy a Jeep Wrangler. Three people I had spoken with recommended that I have to visit a Salesman by the name of Hamzeh at Bettenhausen Jeep. On Wednesday, my Wife and I went in, and he introduced himself and asked what we were looking for, and explained the different trims. Right off the bat he found a few options for us. Called for someone to get it from their second location, and we waited until it came. We knew we were bound to find a Wrangler to fall in love with, because they have so many in stock, and that they have one for just about anyone. We drove it, and fell in love. Originally, I won’t lie, we were put off by the price at first, and had to sleep on it. We went home feeling great with our interaction there and knew that was the car we had wanted to take home. The next day on Thursday, I called Hamzeh and told him there was a different Wrangler with the exact same specs, just a darker color that we had wanted to see. An hour and half later we stopped by and they had the Jeeps side by side. We picked a color and went inside. We weren’t even planning on purchasing that soon, and we ended up with the paperwork and signing away all in less than 24 hours. He’s a family man, all around kind of guy, and selfless. Thoroughly explained everything, made sure we were comfortable, and honestly he was a great salesman. The best part is he took care of all of the paper work and financing. There was no sleazy finance manager to go to! We stayed with him from beginning to end and I loved that process more than anything. They owe us a second key, and he’s the one following up with me on it, not even the other way around!. He’s proactive about it, whereas for me, I’m patient not in a rush. We will definitely be returning customers. He definitely has earned our business and future business. If you want an honest person, who is a family guy, all around a great guy, go to him! Love the van, concerned about recalls...inside is well planned out, love heated seats...back row design is great, gives a lot of cargo space when needed...easy to convert

Don't let the unconventional look of this dealership fool you. What you have here is a solid little pre-owned lot with some good car guys. Jimmy was the exact opposite of what you would expect from a typical car salesman. Very laid back, friendly, helpful and honest. And owner Will was very willing to work with me on getting to a price I was comfortable with on my 2014 Lincoln MKZ I bought from them. I went to 4 or 5 big name franchised dealerships looking for a MKZ I wanted before I stopped in here. Each time I wasted HOURS being lied to, fighting with sleazy salesmen, and ultimately walking away from several deals. To be honest I expected more of the same at this little store, but I experienced the exact opposite. I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a solid used car stop in here first and talk to Jimmy and the guys. I know I'm glad I did!

Bought this van the 1st quarter of 2017 with 10k miles. As of the 1st of 2024 my mileage is at 84k. I traded in my 2010 model. I find these vans to be extremely reliable and even though I purchased extended warranties have never had any type of warranty issues, actually no warranty work on either van, but I do regular fluid and maintenance, so I guess I wasted a lot of extra dollars due to their reliability. I am a big guy so I really like the seating, plenty of room for me. I also really like the Stow and Go back seats which gives me room to haul all types of stuff. I highly recommend these vehicles.

This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

Has a lot of useful features and good fuel economy, the leather interior is easy to keep clean. The interior lighting (in ceiling in back) is excellent for kids at night, so they aren't in the dark

I just bought a used Audi Q5. The whole process was great. Hamilton was the person that ran me from start to finish. I got a great price on the car, and although i think they let it go for cheaper than they wanted, it means i'll be using them for all my service requirements and if any of my friends need a car, i'll be recommending Coda. Hopefully the kindness in the deal they gave me will be repaid. Good experience all around. The car is also in great shape!

This van is perfect for hauling our three kids and two dogs around. The stow and go is very handy for our active lifestyle. We are particularly excited about being able to haul bicycles inside the van. There is a thrumming sound which we believe to be coming from the rear breaks that we are going to have checked out. We love our new (to us) van!

I’ve owned multiple T&C’s since 1987 and I can say the 08 is definitely the best by far… Plenty of cup holders and the options are just what I need for my family. The 3.8 has almost 300,000 on it, had 190,000 on it when purchased 3 years ago. I’ve did minor repairs to the van such as a radiator and hoses. Just did all 4 Disk brakes which are great for stopping. Highway handling is great. Buy one and change the oil with full synthetic and it will last a long time. The power sliding doors and power rear hatch are great with children. The DVD system is great for long trips and even trips to the grocery store. The sound system is great. The acceleration is good for the 3.8. We’ve driven this van from Georgia to Indiana to Texas, Arkansas and now in Florida and barely used (Leaked) any oil. The gas mileage is decent for a van but we can’t complain. Love the second row roll down windows. My next van will be the Pacifica. I’ve owned all types of minivans and Chrysler by far are the best! If you have the option to purchase one please do you’ll be as happy as my family and I.

I’ve had 4 different minivans over the last 2 decades, 2 Mazda MPV’s, 1 Dodge Caravan and the 2009 Chrysler T&C that I bought used in 2013. The T&C wins hands down…I absolutely love it, comfortable, super sound system, Bluetooth compatibility with my cell phone, great on gas and holds a ton of stuff. Have taken it from Canada through the US and, knock on wood, I have had 0 issues with it and hope it lasts as long as I do being a senior! Wish Chrysler had not discontinued it!
