Great car for the money. Comfortable, powerful, great ride. For a large car it is the best value on the market. The car has a high safety rating.
I recently contacted salesman Mike Risi regarding the possibility of leasing a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500. Even though I decided not lease the truck, due to the fact that another vehicle from another manufacturer wound up suiting my the needs of my family better. I must say that Mike Risi was great along the way answering all of my questions, running multiple vehicle quote scenarios, which were all priced great!! But, once I informed Mike of my vehicle buying decision he wished my family and I luck. A true professional, I will definitely keep Mike in mind for my future vehicle needs and recommend that other potential buyers do the same.

The improvements i have found over all others i have owned is remarkable. Gas mileage averages 29.6 for an 8-passenger Van. seating is extremely comfortable, silent ride, great sound and easily operated electronics. The later is in comparison to my 2015 Honda CRV.
I was dreading the whole process. I hadn't purchased a new car in 10 years. Everyday someone would give me advice, "walk out", "know exactly what you want", "be prepared to go to 10 dealerships", "this is how you'll be spending every weekend for the next month".... I walked into Rockland jeep just wanting to compare the trunk space in the 2 and 4 door wranglers. Perry asked me if I needed help, I told him right off the bat I was not planning to make a move for at least a few days. Despite that, Perry walked me around the lot, showed me every single difference between each and every jeep they had in stock, and assured me if they didn't have what I wanted (when I was ready to make the move) he would do it. He took me out on test drives, looked for inventory in other stores, gave me his honest opinion, and negotiated in a very friendly, non agressive manner. I knew at that point that I wanted to buy a car from him and Rockland Jeep. He spent hours with me, and at the end of the day we made a "soft deal" on a 2016 wrangler Sahara unlimited. He told me to take my time and to let him know what I decided, no pressure. Perry introduced me to Jay the money man, who worked hard to get the best rate possible.There was no doubt in my mind when I got home that I was taking that deal. I called Jay on Tuesday to tell him let's go for it and on Wednesday I was on my way home in my new Sahara. I can honestly say Perry was just as excited as I was when he handed over the keys. It was an amazing experience. I truly felt like I was buying from a long time friend or family member. I will absolutely recommend Rockland Jeep to anyone who asks and point them towards Perry for all their vehicle needs. ths financial part (which lets be real, it's the worst) was not awful as Jay made it as quick and easy as possible. Their hard work, attention to detail, and non aggressive negotiating tactics earn them a 10! I will absolutely be back again!

Returned to Dealer for numerous recalls. Each time I complain about road noise. I rotated the tires before 10,000 miles and have replaced 2 tires before 20,000. Now have 24,000 miles on it. Road and wind noise are getting worse. Difficult for driver and 2nd or 3rd row passengers to communicate.
Dennis (in service dept) retired and I was upset because I have been coming to Mahwah since the close of Brogan in Ridgewood and was accustomed to a high level of customer service.. Much to my surprise the new service director ...Brianna... exceeded my expectations. She is pleasant, engaging, informed and knowledgeable. The experience was way more than i expected. Thank you Cadillac of Mahway!!
I did not end up leasing a vehicle from Kia but I had an incredibly pleasant experience. Both Kedwin Herrera and the man in finance were respectful and not pushy salesmen. If I am ever in the market for a Kia or if I have friends who would be, I would highly recommend leasing/buying from them.

I gave our 2017 Pacifica Touring L plus all five stars except for reliability. We’ve only owned it a month and a half now and don’t know how reliable it will be for us. Other than that this vehicle is exactly what we wanted The price was high for the rest of it other brands we were looking at but for the features you get at that price you really do get what you pay for if you want a loaded full Van with all the features you want and some you don’t want but realize you need Our van is the one that filled all of our requirements and more.

THE BEST BLUETOOTH DEVICE ON A VEHICLE WITH VOICE RECOGNITION, PARKING IN REVERSER ASSISTANT TECHNOLOGY INCLUDED AND MUCH MORE FEATURES. THE ONLY REASON FOR SELLING IS THAT I NEED AN UPGRADE TO A 250 DIESEL PICK UP TRUCK FOR HEAVY LOAD.
I went in for a fuel injection service, which they quoted at $189 (Mamaroneck DCH quoted at $159 - it's surprising that anywhere in Westchester would be less expensive). While doing this service, they found I also needed a new serpentine belt ($187), transmission fluid replaced ($235 - they said it appeared to have never been replaced) and coolant system service ($180), so I had those done as well. Just over $800 and 3 hours in all. Not fun but Kathy was very pleasant to deal with and, given that my RAV4 is over 8 years old and has over 143K miles, an expensive visit like this every now and then is not surprising. I've been to DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota many times and will continue going there. On the whole, I'm a satisfied customer and feel the service department consistently delivers a good customer experience. All of the individuals I've ever dealt with have been pleasant and courteous. Also, the waiting area is comfortable and customer friendly and that's a big plus as I always need to wait for my vehicle.

Bianco Auto Sales has an excellent selection of automobiles, but so do lots of car dealers. What really sets Bianco apart is their customer service, their trustworthiness and their loyalty. When it comes to buying a used car, those are by far the most important factors, and nobody comes close to matching Bianco on any of them. In 2014 I bought a 2000 Ford Expedition from Ed at Bianco. It was a great car at a great price, and I never had any problems with it until about a month ago. When I was getting the car inspected, the mechanic informed me that the way the brake lines were routed was potentially problematic. I hadn't had any work done on the car since I purchased it, so I knew that it must have been that way when I purchased it. My mechanic told me it would cost about $600 to fix the problem. I called Ed at Bianco and explained the situation, and he seemed legitimately concerned about what I was telling him. He said he would need to talk to the owner (Frank), but that they would see if they could help me out. Over the next couple days Ed was unable to circle up with Frank about my issue, but Ed called me at least once a day to assure me that he hadn't forgotten about me, and that he would raise it with Frank as soon as he could. This was both extremely comforting and quite surprising, because it reflects a rarely seen level of caring and dedication. After Ed spoke with Frank, they decided I should bring the car to their facility so they could better understand the problem. I resisted somewhat because it's a bit of a drive to Stamford, and I didn't want to drive all that way to find out they weren't going to help me. Ed assured me that they would do the right thing, and because he seemed (and is, as it turns out) a trustworthy and stand-up guy, I agreed. After quickly looking at the brake lines they agreed that there was an issue, but said they would need to put the car on the lift and remove the wheels to understand how serious it was. It was Good Friday and the mechanics were leaving early, so they asked me to leave the car for the night and I agreed. As I waited for my wife to pick me up, the staff could not have been nicer. While I waited they offered me a beverage, and the use of a desk and computer that were unoccupied that day. And keep in mind, at this point the staff knew I wasn't there to buy a car, so it's not like they were trying to close a sale. They are just good, nice, helpful people. The next morning, Ed called to say it would cost about $450 including parts and labors. He also told me that Bianco would cover the entire cost. This was, of course, amazing news, and further confirmed what was becoming obvious: that Ed, Frank, and Bianco Auto Sales in general are in a league of their own when it comes to customer service. Ed noted, however, that there was a catch: it was possible that in the course of the repair, the calipers might break. If that happened, they were hoping I would be willing to help cover the cost of replacing them. He said that at most, they would ask me to cover $100. I agreed. Honestly, I fully expected that they'd hit me with that $100 charge. I was wrong. Even though it was his day off, Ed called me the next day to let me know the repairs were done, that I could pick up the car at any time, and that I didn't owe them a cent. To say that I was impressed by the experience would be an understatement. Every step of the way -- from the little things (like going out of their way to keep me updated) to the big things (like paying for the repair out of their own pocket), Bianco went far above and beyond. I would strongly recommend them to anybody who needs a car. You can find a car anywhere, but you're not going to find that level of customer service, trustworthiness and loyalty anywhere but Bianco.

Great van with all the bells and whistles. Engine sounds good. Great value for the money and couldn't ask for better reliability so far. Awesome.
Greentree Toyota provided the best price on the Prius Prime I was shopping around for. I actually took a test drive at another Toyota dealership, among the 6 dealers I was shopping around with. But they were unable to beat or even match the price Joe Cosgrove offered. They told me, "if Greentree is willing to stand by that price quote you should buy it because that's a really good offer". I decided to follow that advice and drove straight back to Danbury and bought the car that afternoon. Joe stuck around an extra 20 minutes and I bought the car at 5:20 PM on Saturday, Nov. 10th. Joe provided full instructions on how the car operates on the day I drove it home and I haven't had any problems with it. Just bought my first 8 1/2 gallons of gas this morning after driving it 519 miles. I've charged it up about 3 times so far and it does seem to go around 25 miles before the gasoline engine takes over. Very fuel efficient, I'm pleased.

This new 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Limited is awesome! Unbelievably quite, cannot hear any road noise. Excellent performance! Could not have chosen a better car for our needs!
I was coming in interested in the 2013 Equinox that Eastchester had advertised. We met Johnny who was courteous and pleasant. Always smiling and kept my attention. I just had a certain budget and honestly couldnt stretch much. He made every attempt and tried to get us close but we couldnt get there but his service is impeccable. We have friends that may be interested as well and will be sending them in! Thank you Johnny either way.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Durango from a different dealer on 5th Ave in Brooklyn. Worst experience and worst purchase in my life they totally ripped me off by selling a defective vehicle as in great condition, ended up spending over $1000.00 dollars in repairs. Brought it to service over at Riverside Dodge dealer and their service was excellent. I'll always service my vehicles with them.

I like the exterior styling and the power & torque delivery. The interior is ok, a lot of hard plastics but it’s not a Mercedes Benz. It’s a great touring car and it’s comfortable for long easy drives. I pretend to be a formula 1 racer and this big sedan does not like it. There’s a lot of body roll and the suspension gets a little uneasy. Repairs are not too bad on this vehicle. I would say about average. One thing that’ll be difficult to deal with is when the tone rings on the half shafts go bad. The traction control & brake assist will be disabled and the transmission shift points will be delayed. Overall, it a big comfy cruiser with ample rear passenger room and trunk space.
Amazing experience! I went up to the dealer and they were straight forward and helped me out. Let me test the truck I wanted and they are even dropped the truck off at my location so I didn't need to commute back to pick up the vehicle. Friendly nice amazing service with a smile!!!!!

Recently purchased a car for my daughter from the auto network. Took the car to get check out by my mechanic and he gave it thumbs up! Customer service was excellent both simon and Christine were great, very patient and friendly. Got a great car at a good price. Overall a great experience. This car has been a dream to own but now I am sadly having to release it to its grave. I have the 4 cylinder low budget model (cloth seats, no turbo) and bought it because I wanted an inexpensive convertible. It has survived 2 years away at college with my two daughters, 175000 miles and until just recently very minor problems.
Shortcomings....4 cylinder has very little pickup so not the car to immediately accelerate into traffic. But also why it pulled down 28 mpg for all its life on the highway. The body seams around the rear lights wasn't perfect so I did have to replace bulb sockets but some foam around the seams stopped that. General maintenance was always inexpensive. I did use synthetic oil all of its life.
AC was probably the only drawback as condenser failed/leaked/rusted and to repair you had to pull the dash and replace. Really only failure I had other than the recent engine problem.
The ultimate death has occurred due to a blown head gasket which is causing oil and antifreeze to blow into #2 cylinder. So the second drawback is working on the engine is nearly impossible as it fits in so tightly. $4500 to repair, rebuilt engine is slightly less but still runs about the same. With a car value of $1500, just not worth it now.
My Wife and I went to European Auto to look at a Honda Odyssey we saw online. When we walk on the lot we saw Ash who introduced himself and told us if we need any help just let him know. No Pressure at all. After looking at one Odyssey Ash showed us another Odyssey Touring with all the bells and whistles. My wife loved the car and he gave us a good price. We traded in our car on the spot. The buying process was a very good experience. Ash walk us through all the process and kept us updated as time went by. Afterwards Ash had the Car Detailed and we was driving home with a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring. I would recommend European Auto to my friends and Family. Great Buying Experience! Ask for ASH, he is very knowledgeable about cars and the entire buying process.

Love the styling of the interior and exterior of the car. Drives and rides great. Seems to have good performance for a 4 cyl with decent fuel mileage for a mid size car.
