this 2013 avenger 2.4ltr engine....hey...its not the v6...but the 340 v8 is not the 440....in a ford....the 351 is not a 427...yet those are all good engines....the four cylinder gets going quite nicely...its 173 hp in a 3200 lb car...thats pretty good...final gear is 3:91...(is that correct)...thats a nice final gear....that helps to get this 4 cyl moving...

What an amazing dealership. The staff is so welcoming and make u feel right at home. The vehicles are all great priced and run great. I've bought many cars here over the years and always have been 100% satisfied. Mike the owner is a great man. He makes sure his customers are taken care of. Go in and check the place out for yourself and u will see all I say is true. Im glad to know there is a dealership out there like this one it's makes the car buying experience so much better. So far awesome drive great low mileage for the age has v 6 and has some really great pick up and great on the highway

Good car overall though it was a little expensive when I purchased almost new. Easy to maintain. No problems out of it until 150000 miles.

Salesman was low pressure and honest. We were comfortable covering two and one half pages of questions and things to look at.

Always reliable. Never any issues except replaced battery.. I have had for 6 years and do not have one complaint on the Avenger. I receive a complaint in my car at least once a day

Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

First time doing business here. The experience I'm glad to say was a good one. The facility is well kept and easy to find, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the vehicles are well priced. The application process was easy and quick. Just wish selection f vehicles was a little more.. I would definitely recommend here to anyone

I had just moved to Branson and needed to buy a car. Jamie Hathcock Auto Group had the one I was looking for. I reached out online to see if it was still available. Noah contacted me and told me it was. He wasn’t pushy, but answered all my questions for a couple of days before I could make it to Springfield for a test drive. When I made it to the dealership, the car was pulled out to the front, ready for me to look at and to test drive. Noah was very professional & kind! He was at no time pushing a sale. It's rare to find a car dealership/salesperson that is straightforward, honest, easy going, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. Jared was all of these things. My son and I were super impressed with the employees and the entire smooth transaction. They treated us as a valued customer for sure. I highly recommend and would prefer to deal with the exclusively in the future for all my vehicle needs.

Recently purchased a used car from this dealership. No pressure at all to buy a car, but obviously they only sell cars and don't know much about what they are selling. I asked if I could take the vehicle to my mechanic before I purchase and they told me "No, the owner doesn't allow it because of issues they have had." These cars came with 0 warranties unless you buy a separate one which doesn't cover a lot of the issues you might find. I feel that certain shortcuts are taken when these cars are sold just to pass inspection and then issues pop up shortly after driving off the lot with no help because you bought the car without a warranty. My car does have a few issues and now I"m left dealing with those, so be cautious and bring someone with you who is very familiar with the car you are wanting to purchase. An OBD2 reader is helpful also....

I've been buying cars for 19+ years and this was the best dealership experience I've ever had. In total, I've bought approximately 15 cars in that time period so that shows you how many dealerships I've been to. So what is the reason why I liked my experience here so much? Well, it's because I felt like they were real people and not con artists. They actually to talk to me like a human being. They were upfront and honest with me (to the best of my knowledge). They gave me extra parts for the car that I bought and even through and two T-shirts. It seems to be a family owned and run the right way. I spoke to the owner who is very friendly and kind for way longer than I needed to. I had already bought the car and yet I hung around to chit chat about cars with him. It was a good time. There was some very minor haggling on the price of the vehicle I purchased as well as my trade-in but it was way better than what I've experienced in the past . If they were actually closer to where I live I would gladly go back for all of my future car purchases. I still may do that anyway despite being over 120 miles away .

Excellent customer service and buying experience. Their prices are amazing, and I always trust a place that works on their own cars. Picked up an Audi SQ5 and thoroughly enjoyed the three hour drive home.

Service associate Allysa made my day! AC not working! Hot, Hot, Hot. Just as I was getting in the shuttle for a ride home, she came running out and said "it's fixed". The DUAL button on the AC controls had been depressed accidently. Saved me a diagnostic fee. Five stars for her!!
