This is our second Durango.
This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Amel Sinanovic the Service Advisor was great to work with, unfortunately my truck required repairs over the Christmas holiday while I was traveling to relatives in Las Vegas. He was very upfront and communicative on the diagnostic and eventual repair process. The truck was delivered the day before Christmas, he expedited the diagnostics to be completed the day after Christmas with the repair and delivery of the truck completed the following day. Overall satisfactory purchase
Dylan Osborne was my salesperson. He was quick to reply to my vehicle inquiry. Once we moved forward, I was mostly happy with my service. I misunderstood and thought LoJack and warranty was included in the price as I was not given any price until I saw paperwork. They did come down on delivery price and overall, I am very happy with the Expedition we purchased. One issue I did have was it came with a smoke smell which was not disclosed and I am very sensitive to that. They did purchase an ozone generator which removed the smell and thus far I am very satisfied.
