I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.

David Baranauskas was our Sales Rep. We were very pleased with his knowledge of the Chevy Equinox. He was friendly and personable, not pushy. He spent a lot of time with us and did not rush us into any decisions. We stopped in on Friday night and then purchased the Equinox the next day. What we noticed with other dealers, they first have the sales rep speak to you, then they have their manager step in to close the deal. Schumacher Chevrolet is different, David was our sales rep the entire time with no other manager getting involved with the sale. We appreciated that. David also is going above and beyond creating YouTube videos to help consumers like us understand all the new technology these cars have now. It's a great idea, he truly wants to help his clients. We also met with Cory Calabrese in financing and he explained in detail all the extra options available for additional warranties. Again, he was also not pushy letting us decide what was best for us. And the icing on the cake was meeting the owner Ms Julia such a down to earth woman she introduced herself and sat and talk with me and my mom like she knew us for years. After weeks of looking for a truck (used or new) in my own state, my daughter found one on cargurus . calling schumacher chevy confirming the listing & making a appointment to see the vehicle , I meet Lou Puleo , the truck just came in on trade two days prior and was on the lift getting a complete check over by the service dep. before the truck even came off the lift , I told lou this is what I have been looking for. lou made the purchase as smooth as could be ! Thank You Lou ! and all you'r staff at Schumacher chevrolet P.S. LOu told me he NEVER sold a vehicle with out a test ride first ! By with confidence from schumacher chevrolet !!!!!

Found them based on a listing on cargurus for a used Nissan Frontier that they had as a trade in. Salesperson Jackie Hernandez was personable and helpful. We negotiated a fair price on truck that we liked. There was some miscommunication regarding when we could complete the paperwork and pick up the truck (we showed up thinking everything was good to go when it actually wasn't ready) but when they became aware of the mixup they really hustled and made things right. I would buy from them again. If not for that mixup I would give them five stars.
I've owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships. For example I own a JEEP and deal with Bayside Dodge... they are the worst of the worst... yet with Scarsdale Ford I am welcomed, feel like I am treated properly, know the mechanics are of strong quality and they are HONEST. Louie in Cust.Service is EXCELLENT and they maintain my vehicle very good!
Having used Scarsdale Ford Parts & Service for my 2007 Escape (not bought there), I was pleased to buy my new 2018 Escape there. Though it is not a super-large dealership, they do everything the larger places do, plus a bit more. My salesperson was terrific and knew almost everything about the car. I’m very picky and when I asked if the car needed premium gas, she even double-checked with service people (other dealerships said yes—which it doesn’t). Additionally, they have a lot of loaner cars available, which is helpful for service issues.
The pricing was competitive—and slightly better than I expected. Since I have used heir parts and service on my 2007 Escape, I am already anticipating an easy service situation.

Amazing service experience....This is my second Kia, both leased from Yonkers Kia. After mediocre buying experience and horrible service experience to fix issues with new vehicle, gave White Plains Kia a shot for 6-month/3,000 mile service....Appointment scheduling was a piece of cake, check-in was easy and pleasant, waiting area was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Approx. 90 minutes for service was amazing! Will definitely bring back in the future!
