New and used 2025 Dodge Durango for sale near Baldwin, NY

I have purchased several vehicles over the years from this dealership and I have always had a pleasant experience. Several of the staff members know me by name such as Joe, Winston, Mike, Barton, Claudio and Connor. The service department staff is real friendly too. Once in a while my appointment time was a little screwy but it never turned into a big deal and was always handled easily and efficiently.

Always have great service which ever department were needing help in. Have been with Twin City Dodge for 15-20 years. Nate-owner always takes time out to say hello and asks how we’re doing and Greg Henson takes great care of us.

Oil change was done in a timely manner. Will need additional work. Made aware and the cost for labor.

Had to go in for service, the lady that I talked to for scheduling was super friendly and nice, and so was the advisor Dave! I highly recommend Rouen!!!

ALL SEEMS FINE, CULLEN (ADVISOR), (CORY) TECH REPAIRED MY CAR THE NEXT DAY. COMPRESSOR WAS MAKING A GRINDING NOISE. iT WAS REPLACED AND IS NOW WORKING FINE.

Dodge of Burnsville always treats me well from Sales to Service to Parts. I am a repeat patron several times over because of how well I am taken care will. They know my shopping and service preferences which makes me happy and will always return. The reason you should a car here is that they will take care of you when you have a problem or something doesn't work in your vehicle.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at this dealership. After getting the runaround from some big flashy dealerships in the Detroit area, my Jeep search lead me here. I wish I would have started at LPK in the first place and saved myself the headache. I had the pleasure of working with Austin and Phil, both of whom were extremely attentive and transparent throughout the buying process. Austin took the extra time go over every single feature of the car with us, even as it was cold and rainy outside and Phil was able to match my competitive credit union rate. There are no gimmicks or slimy tactics used here. Just good, honest people selling great vehicles. I will gladly make the 2 hour drive next time I need to purchase a vehicle and would encourage anyone else on the fence to do the same.

Service went through the process and determined the radio and.GPS and nav system were bad. They notified me that a new system is on order and will notify me.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Big Mike at Roanoke Motors and I was very impressed with everyone at the dealership. Mike was excellent to work with and answered all my questions.
