This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Everything was great about my visit from start to finish. The tech that worked on my car personally came out to discuss my inspection and shared with me the need for new tires in the future.

As always a pleasant experience everyone is very kind , polite & helpful service very quick and atmosphere very relaxing .

After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. The girl sitting at the desk (Kayla) came right out and took my information. She set my granddaughter and I up with a ride to the mall. She kept me informed as to how the progress was going on my car. She greeted us when we returned, and explained everything to me including the recommendations that the service crew wanted to do on my car. She even had my car washed which was an extra surprise! She was friendly, sharp, and professional.

All in all this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Tom Dempsey, the owner of the dealership, personally found me the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. Elijah then took over and did an amazing job showing us how to operate all of the electronic features this car has. He was extremely professional and patient and he walked us through everything.
