This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

The buying experience was great! However when we took it back for spoiler and tint, and clean that it did not get when we bought it, because the guy had teeth pulled, the only thing done was swept. No fluids added, nothing was clean. Rita

I have a 2006 Colorado. My heater fan motor only worked on high speed, my windshield wiper wouldn't spray out liquid and I needed my oil changed during my appointment. I left a note in the truck on what needed attention when I dropped off the truck night before. I picked up next day. Everything was fixed..So delighted.

This was the first non-mom/sports car I've bought, and Mike made it so easy for me to understand how everything worked. The service department is amazing!! The service manager is the best service person I have ever worked. I drive an hour to have my car worked on because of the service department and the manager. I trust their work 100%. I have also brought my cars here for 30 yrs and have always had excellent service. I will continue to drive an hour one way to do all my business at Eastgate.

My oil change was done quickly and at a good price as the cost of the oil was most of the cost which is not controlled by the dealership.

Gaddis in Muncie In. This dealership Always puts their customers first. Go and check them out. They always have come thru for us. Ask for Mat Besser he'll take care of you. The staff has always given you help in anyway they can. Service team does great job handling your needs. Been dealing with Gaddis for at least 10 years.
