This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Came in to test drive two cars found on the internet, both were sold before I could get there. I was notified before I came about the the one car being sold and discovered the other was sold when I got there. I worked with Scott to explore what are the other options that were within my tight budget and still met my other criteria. Scott and his co-workers were very patient while I test drove multiple cars and was checking reviews of individual vehicles. I did ultimately purchase a used vehicle and no issues thus far in the 300 miles the car has been driven since the purchase. In the waiting area on the sales floor recommend adding multiple USB ports for charging devices, especially for those shopping with kids.

I recently bought a truck long distance. Brad quickly arranged a virtual test drive after I expressed interest in the vehicle. He was very upfront with any issues it had and sent me all of the pictures and documentation I asked for. I had financing ready when we arrived after a 13 hour road trip with three young kids. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem.
