Service was excellent. Called the dealership inquiring about a 2010 honda civic. The sales representative, Shane Heimberger, put me on hold to verify the car was still available and physically held the keys so it wouldn't be sold while we were on the way to view it. Car was exactly as described, and parked on the side awaiting for me to test drive. Shane, showed us the inspection information and basically told us everything that was wrong with the car. Purchased the car, and they delivered it the next day to my home over an hour away. Very pleased with the service, would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Several of the staff members know me by name such as Joe, Winston, Mike, Barton, Claudio and Connor. The service department staff is real friendly too. Once in a while my appointment time was a little screwy but it never turned into a big deal and was always handled easily and efficiently.
