I just purchased a new jeep wrangler from route 18 auto.I have purchased many new vehicles,usually from local dealerships. This time I travelled about 50 miles to rt 18 auto. This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

This is the first time I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Salesperson, Jhonatan Rubio was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. I can honestly say that our experience could not have been any better. This is the 3rd car that we have gone through Mike Moursy,and he is excellent at his job.He is knowledgeable, personable , informative, and honest. Came in with bad credit and initially wasn’t hopeful on even leaving with a car but ended up getting a good rate and there was Transparency from the whole team,Didn’t get the names of everyone but got assistance from Hakeem Blake and he was honest and truthful through the whole process and got us a good deal. This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen. The quality of service was good. They did not pressure me to close a deal. I was able to take my time and think things through before I made the purchase.

Getting your car serviced is never fun but it's made better with someone like Joseph Janzen who is upfront about the time it will take and how much it will cost. He's been great in the past about helping me decide what needs to be done and what can wait, and is just an all-around nice person clearly looking out for whoever comes his way.

Milton Jerez is great car sales associate. He provided the outmost excellent services. He was able to provide all the information needed to conduct a proper business. I will highly recommen him. He should be move up to assistant manager. I think he can manage other employees train them to show them how to handle car business and provide excellent customer service.
