This van drives great, rides smooth with very good gas milage. Very clean, never smoked in, no pets. Side doors open smoothly and ramp manually deploys. Room for a standard or power wheelchair and seats 5 in addition to the wheelchair.

Car meets all of our needs and we absolutely love it. Plenty of room for the kids and great storage in the back. If your searching for a van I recommend the grand caravan

Very reliable, poor gas mileage and there was a hidden ignition system recall. Spent days exploring key fob replacement and programming. Dealer prices ridiculously high. Shocked by the several hundred dollar costs, for a car key?. Took three trips to the Dodge parts department before finding an honest agent there to find a recall on the in-dash ignition cluster and fobs. Warranty solved what would have cost us several hundreds of dollars. I recommend one do a dealer model recall check on any vehicle before purchasing.

Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. To begin this review, you should know that I rated the facilities a 4-star because, in this time of COVID, I was unable to enter the main building. The lot is cramped with gorgeous, fairly-priced vehicles, plus a small building in the center. There was no room for me to park my own vehicle when visiting, so I parked in the cul-de-sac. Now, about Stan. From the Ukraine, Stan is a compassionate, thoughtful salesman who spent our time together masked (because of COVID) and LISTENING to me as I fumbled with what I was looking for. He asked pertinent questions, took the time to understand what I was seeking, and was as transparent with me about the quality of the vehicle I had come to test-drive as is possible. I pointed out scratches. He admitted that they were problematic. I asked him about the timing belt: had it been changed? He didn't know, and didn't invent a story. He didn't say "yes" or "no," he said the most honest thing a car salesman can say: "I don't know. But I will find out for you." And, sure enough, he did! We talked about the timing belt replacement (which HAD happened, and this saves me $1,000 right off the bat). We talked about the provenance of the vehicle, a wreck it had been in eight years ago, how clean and immaculate the car was, both inside and out. I thought that the car was overpriced a bit, and I asked Stan what he thought. He agreed that it could be a bit lower, and on my first visit to the lot, he informed me that his boss had lowered the price of the car by $500. Which was music to my ears. I test drove the car. It handled beautifully. Ice-cold A/C, no pulling to the left or right. This car had been in a wreck before, but other than the CARFAX report mentioning it, I would never have known. Stan gave me the keys and said "Take this to your mechanic," so I did. I sat at my own personal mechanic's office and waited for an hour while they went through the car, front to back, paying close attention to the mechanical aspects of the vehicle. They found a leaking power steering rack and pump. That's IT. "Lou," said the owner of the shop. "This is the best vehicle you've brought us, and I am of the strong opinion you should BUY THIS CAR IMMEDIATELY." I wasn't sure, given the cost of replacing the power steering rack and pump. I went back to Stan. He wasn't sure, he said, but he'd check with the boss. I offered $500 less than the vehicle was priced at, even AFTER a $500 drop! Stan stood up for me with his boss, got the boss to agree, and sold me the car. In conclusion, I have a fantastic vehicle, low miles for its age, mechanically sound (except for the rack and pump, which I will get fixed on my own dime), and Stan has a customer for life in me. I've been in sales for forty years, and Stan did everything right. He shared what he could do, told me honestly what he couldn't do and, not once, not EVER, did he give me a hard-sell. He listened to me, he met my needs and then exceeded them. Kudos to Stan and to Denver Auto Company for the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Thank you.
