This place deserves your business. I just bought a truck here and it was an unexpected pleasure. I'm 49, so I've seen a lot. This dealership does it right. I first test drove it two weeks ago and received no harassing follow-up calls and no pressure to buy. No nonsense whatsoever. They gave me the keys and let the truck do the selling and answered all my questions. Tom and Craig were professionals throughout the process. I'll be back. Thanks guys.

I own a 2010 and it's never let me down. I've replaced the radiator a couple times but its cheap cost me 300 dollar each time. Besides that. I have 350000 km and it's a dream. The trick is that you have to drive it . Like most cars if you dont drive it, it will have problems , so drive it .!! Do transmission flush at 200 000 and tune up and it will last . Change oil every 10 000 with synthetic. AMD that's all. Calipers will seize but its cheap to fix. That's the only problem with these Vans. Its calipers and radiators. Besides that they are a dream.

Just bought my first van from Graig. A great experience and great van. No pressure negotiation. After we decided on a fair price he let me take it to a third party mechanic to inspect. Checked out great except for a small air conditioner issue that Graig wouldn't have known about because it was winter. They fixed it even after they had already come down on price. They held it with a very reasonable deposit until I could have the funds available. Really impressed they didn't try to hard sell me on financing or extended warranties.

I use it primarily as a people mover for shuttling people around. The basic vehicle has performed pretty well. Beyond the normal maintenance, we've had to replace the rear a/c unit as it developed leaks. Also, the Uconnect system has given us headaches as it corrupts the phone directory downloaded from my phone, and Chrysler wants to charge a very unreasonable amount to replace it, even under warranty. This van has shown a little more rusting than my previous owned caravan, especially around the windshield .

Loved my Mango Tango coloured mini-van. was an absolute fantastic family vehicle. did lots and drove lots of stuff around. We camped in it as well. Loved how much value this was for the money. To the best of my knowledge, I made a fantastic deal on my 2018 Dodge Ram. It did not have all the lucercihakery as my 2016 Ford but then again my 2018 cost thousands of dollars less.. I love my 2500 extra duty motor, my extra large bed, the bed liner, Love the color of my beautiful truck, Four wheel drive,, six person can ride comfortable , the pick up from zero to 75 miles, room for 5 cups of coffee, up front , and let not forgot my side rails (I love how high I am from the ground), everything will be perfect after I get my nagator, I want to thank my salesman, the person who looked for the best interest rate on my brand new 2018 Dodge Ram, I am so proud of my vehicle.. We needed to purchase a "newer" vehicle with less mileage for my son who commutes back and forth to college. We shopped online and looked at several dealerships before stopping at Joe & Paul Crouse. I wanted my son to get valuable experience and let him take the reins on this purchase. They were very respectful, explained everything in the process, and gave a very fair offer for the vehicle we were trading in. Since this was the day after the March blizzard and I didn't feel like going out, they allowed my son to test drive the car to our home and took my information over the phone for co-signing. Two days after the purchase was made, the check engine light came on while my son was at college. After calling Joe & Paul Crouse, they immediately came to the rescue. Fortunately, it was just a sensor (know way for any mechanic to predict that could happen), and they provided a vehicle for my son to use while waiting for the sensor to come in and replace it. I've heard many good things about this dealership, and wanted to share our wonderful experience. My son got a quality, clean used car with low mileage. And we worked with decent, honest people who stand behind the products they're selling.

The Wife's 2007 Toyota Highlander Sport turned over 1006,000 miles and was still going strong. Since we've had it we have put tires as necessary on it, replace the battery, timing belt, water pump and alternator. We have driven all over the United States. We have defiantly enjoyed this car. My Wife has always been a Toyota fan since we first owned a Tercel in the 80's. After many miles, I had restored, painted and gave to my Son for College in Fl. The secret to Toyota's longevity is preventative maintenance. We kept up on all the recommended maintenance by the Dealers. I decided after 30 years of her driving demos it was time for her to enjoy luxury, so I surprised her with a new one. I went to Casey Toyoto, in Williamsburg, one for a Toyota, two the Warranty and their excellent service package. I was greeted but Mr. Badrara Sow on the lot. What a pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful man he was. He did not try to pressure me, but work diligently with me to find the perfect car for her. Even though the color was right, the style was not. We returned and she and Mr Sow found the one she loves. Everyone we dealt with from Mr. Sow, the Salesman, Mr. David Lowery, who explained all the ends and outs of all the technical operational parts inside, Mr. Mark Turner, the financial presentative, were beyond reproach. We felt that we were the most important person to them. The General Sales Manager, Mark Shebelski, even came out and introduced himself to us. The entire staff from the outside lot ,front door receptionist (sorry, I didn't get name), and all business personnel we were in contact were professionals. I would highly recommend all these people mentioned to anyone visiting this Dealership. I might add their lounge, lobby and especially the rest room were emaculate. Last, but not least, their prices are competitive. We drove away happy in our new car.

This Grand Caravan is nice vehicle. First minivan I've ever owned. Sto & Go seats are nice, you have the seats if you need them or fold into the floor and have the cargo space. Much nicer looking than those goofy Transit Connect things. 25 mpg and has plenty of power for highway merging, steep hills etc.
