Mark Sanders is the salesman to get. He seemed to be genuine in his concern for getting me the vehicle that I wanted. They didn't have my truck on the lot, and we talked price without seeing it. Mark said a small deposit would be required to have the truck transferred to Antioch. I wasn't in a rush and told them I would think about it. A day or two later, I get a call from Mark saying that they went and got the truck and it would be sitting in front for me to look over. Sure enough, I went there the next day and liked what I saw. It was as described. After a test drive and some final negotiations I had the deal put on paper. Of course it changed, but after a little more negotiations we were back on track. They were high on some of the add on extra add ons I wanted, but took no for an answer also. Watch your deal as a good buyer should, bring a calculator, make sure that you are talking out the door price and all is good with these guys. Get Mark if you can and have fun negotiating with Kevin. The Finance Manager was good to work with too.

Adrian Sanchez really helped me get exactly the vehicle i was looking for right down to the color. I was not haggled and wasn't there all day either. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and i will go back.
We've purchased a couple of cars through Dan and we'll seek him out again for our next purchase. Dan is straightforward and informative, never pushy and always willing to help. Dan has always worked with us (and Elmer; and the Service Department) to make sure we were happy and that we get whatever we needed to make things go easy. If you stop by the dealership, look for Dan and his wry smile... you get the best that Liberty Auto City has to offer.
I was in search of a specific make, model and year...and found it online at Liberty Auto City. It was well worth the two-hour round trip, as I found exactly what was listed, at a fair price. Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...

Don and Robert were awesome, both were very upfront and honest. I got a great deal on the RAM, but I also earned a couple of friends. I will go back to buy my next vehicle no doubt. Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.
