While out Black Friday shopping we decided to stop and just look; we were not planning on buying until spring. We found 2 vehicles that we really liked and decided to get more information. Cameron pulled both cars sided by side so that we could compare. After driving and having our questions answered, we decided to get numbers. Cameron was able to give us a deal we couldn't pass on it plus there was no pressure to buy. Cam made the buying process so easy. We would definitely buy from Cameron and Zimmer again!

We drove 142 miles with a deal in place prior to arrival. The process went smoothly. The vehicle will go through a detail and the vehicle will be delivered to. my location. That is great customer service!
I hit a deer with my old vehicle, so I need a new vehicle with a very quick turnaround. I called Cam and told him my parameters. He found five cars that would fit my criteria. I could only come in on Friday afternoon, so he came in on HIS DAY OFF to help me. We looked over the vehicles, I chose two finalists. He gave me the prices and I selected one. No haggling. I was out the door about an hour later.
On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.
I let them know what I wanted and how we'd do it, and they acted as though I'd never contacted them. Next they acted as though I'd had a good time there. Don't get me wrong, I never even went. I wasn't impressed enough or desperate enough to throw myself at another car lot.
Service was fast and always friendly. Will definitely be back.
