This dealership was amazing!! From the moment I drove through for my oil change, I was welcomed with a friendly smile from service tech Steven who greeted me with a kind smile and a handshake introducing his self. He made me feel very welcomed. The lobby where i waited was very clean and comfortable. I then was welcomed again by Brian Chicco who made me feel at home. He promised me my Jeep was in good hands. After my service was complete, Brian and Steven spoke and explained things to me that I did not understand. Brian went out of his way to go talk to another tech about my service to get clarification for me. He was very friendly and patient. I felt like my business was welcomed there. Brian explained to me in detail what I needed to do next. It was obvious he made time for me as a customer. I highly recommend this location for your services. I was in and out fairly quickly, the customer service was spot on and the deal they have is a steal!

I wanted to praise Mr. Del Regato for great service. It is evident he cares and it shows through his professionalism. In today???s environment, it is refreshing to know I have someone I can count on and trust when it comes to my vehicle. Mr. Del Regato is an asset to Hill Kelly. I worked in the automotive industry for 30+ years and have the upmost respect for what service goes through daily. They do not get the credit they deserve. Thank you Mr. Del Regato. I would just like to take a few minutes to give a big shout out to Brian Chicco! He is nothing less than amazing. I recently had to have new tire put on my Jeep Wrangler and it was going to take longer than I had planned. Brian went out of his way to make sure I was able to go on about my day as needed. New tires do not get you a rental car and with me taking a day off work I needed to make the most of my day! Brian went way above and beyond by letting my use his personal vehicle while my tires were being installed. He is just amazing! I was able to get my new tires and still get all my other errands done thanks to Brian! I cannot say thank you enough for help in a time of need!
I have been a Hilly Kelly service customer for about 6 months now. The customer service I get from Brian is amazing! He always puts the customer first, and makes it a point to do his best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else. Hill Kelly is very lucky to have Brian Chicco on their team!

Brian Chicco and the whole service team are committed to exceptional Customer Service and make you feel like a valued Family member and not a customer. The moment I stepped onto the Service drive, Brian Chicco and other service representatives (David DelRegato) greeted me with a smile and heart felt greeting knowing my name and provided me with extremely professional service during my repair process. Everyone of the service members exceeded my expectations and made my car repair process stress free and extremely convenient for me and my daughter. Ron Thompson is an amazing technician (the best ever) and Brian went above and beyond to accommodate my busy life style providing me with updates and solutions for my vehicle repairs. I would highly recommend Hill-Kelly service if you prefer to be treated like a person and not a customer. This is one time that I'm glad I followed my gut and not ratings found on this site. I was a little nervous about going to dealership, for an appt. with Brian Chicco. However, I quickly realized the prior reviews, in my opinion, were very one-sided. I completely understand when you bring in a vehicle for service, you run the risk of having to open up your wallet for maintenance or repairs - that can become costly. Even so, I was extremely grateful to come to know Brian Chicco. He was very attentive to my concerns, kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, and had me back on the road ASAP. I was ushered in to the service land from drop-off to pick-up. All issues were described to me in laymen terms. The repair options were presented and pros/cons of doing the work discussed. I required a lot of hand holding, that Brian not once complained about or showed any sign of needing to move to the next customer. I sure hope that Brian stays with Hill Kelly for a long time! I recommend that everyone visit this service department and ask for Brian.
I unfortunately had car problems, which is never fun. It stresses me out. Thankfully I chose to take my Dodge to Hill-Kelly Dodge and they turned a stressful situation into a very positive outcome. I highly recommend contacting Brian Chicco for any service needs I have no doubt he will take care of you. I will undoubtedly be a repeat customer. ??????????
