It was a great experience working with Gateway. I had gone to several dealers and felt like the dealers were forcing a sale and then harassing me via telephone. Andrew answered all of my questions and then stepped back to let me decide and had me call him when I was ready. The purchase was seamless and Jay was laid back and professional.
Went in on a whim to see what they had to offer not expecting to walk out with a brand new car. I told them what I had to work with, and they put me in a car I liked and with a nice monthly payment. I was in and out in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
The salespeople at this dealership were courteous, honest and did not waste any of my time during the process of our leasing of a new Kia. Other dealerships could certainly learn a lesson in how to properly treat a prospective customer, as I truly believe they did a phenomenal job!
If you buy a Sportage from them, make sure that it comes with a spare. Unfortunately ours did not which we found out to our dismay on a trip in Florida. Any car which we had purchased previously from Toyota or Honda always did. I would have thought it would have been included for a purchase price of $ 25,000.
I would recommend working with John Constantine to buy a new car. Most of the other sales men don't have a clue about how to sell a car. I bout a New 2018 dodge charger and after dealing with another sales man who didn't want to make a deal John wanted to make a deal and sold me the car.
I decided to lease my first new vehicle from Manahawkin Jeep and I couldn't be happier with that decision. Erik was friendly, patient and knowledgeable through the whole car hunt. Both Erik and Ken made the process smooth and painless. They took the time to offer me additional packages, warranties, etc. but at no point did I feel pressured. It was an overall great experience and would definitely recommend the dealership and Erik.

Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. I was livid because the original process had been great and felt I had been taken advantage of. Got in contact with Tom Wall, Manager and he searched high and low for the car I wanted. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan. Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic!

I read review of DCH Freehold Nissan on this website and decided to drive all the way from Piscataway, about 30 miles, to buy a new car. The long trip was every bit worth it. I had an excellent, and I should say, a very unusual experience. Unusual because this experience was unlike any other I have had at other dealers. I felt no pressure to close the deal, no haggling over price and everyone in the dealership was very courteous and professional. My salesman was Mark Weber, who I think is the nicest and most professional of salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a very courteous and calm manner. He did not rush me into making my decision and let me take time with all the details. I bought my car because of him. Thanks Mark for a great car buying experience. I have given this dealer the highest rating particularly for a great car buying experience. Thanks.
