I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Joe again.
We've been doing a lot of searching for just the right vehicle for our college age son who will be starting an internship soon. While searching online I found a Jeep that seemed perfect. So I completed the online request for info. I was pleasantly shocked to receive an email almost immediately on a Sunday afternoon. You'd think it was a canned response but the way it was worded that seemed impossible. That was just the beginning of the personal attention to our needs and accommodating our unique situation. John was so easy to work with. He made my son feel at ease while there alone and was waiting for my arrival knowing my first name. Little details that make you feel important. Fred did an excellent job of explaining the financial side of the transaction. Never once did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. And here's the best part... they let Matt drive off with the vehicle to get to class on time before I'd even signed the paperwork.
We worked with Sam to purchase a 2016 Tahoe LTV. He worked with us to deliver a great price and great service. I lived outside the area and they had the exact vehicle i was looking for. I asked questions to confirm the options and the quality of the vehicle. Sam was responsive and everything seemed in order so we made the trip to purchase the vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for us. It was the exact condition that was described and we completed the purchase. After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. I have dealt with a lot of salesman in my time and I have to say Ed made this process totally effortless. He went above and beyond by finding the right SUV for me and knowing everything about it. He was so nice. He went out of his way to get me what I wanted for my trade. He even gave me a gift just because. I have never left a dealership by hugging my salesman but I just had to do it! Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
