Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.
I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it.
I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.

When it came down to the negotiating he was very patient and willing to listen to our requests. He was easy to talk to and personable. We will be back to see him again in the future.

When literally about Sign to place an order for a new JL Rubicon at SOCO Jeep I had a man (employee there) say something extremely rude to me. A man I had never seen before... As he was walking past me says "I can tell you think you're the center of attention..."
