Dealership was fastest in and out of any car purchase I???ve had. The process was easy, they had all paperwork prepared and ready to go when I got there. Neil Frederick in sales was very responsive and quick to make the deal happen. Not a lot of back and forth on pricing as the price they came back with was more than fair based on market research I had conducted. Finance/closing team member Michael Williamson was fast, organized and did not drag out the process. He was also excellent and refreshing from what I???ve seen in the past from other dealerships. Ceidrick Marcelin Sales Manager also was awesome checking in on my experience while checking out. Refreshing approach to car buying and highly recommend this team.

Neil and Cedric are amazing! They guided me understood my concerns and hesitation in trading my vehicle. They where very understand but open and honest! I sooo appreciate you guys! I didn???t feel taken advantage of or pressured to buy! I got more than I expected for my trade in which sealed the deal for me! Thank you Neil for being soo attentive and walking me through the process! Your and outstanding person!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
