This was my first time buying a car, so naturally, I had many questions. Michael and the whole staff was pleasant and patient with me, and made me feel totally comfortable with such a big decision. They even had the car that I wanted transferred to Madison from the Milwaukee location so that I didn???t have to make the trip myself. I would absolutely go back for a future purchase!

Mike and the sales management did everything I would have wanted and expected to be upfront and help me at a time when few would. Walked out with the best possible scenario given the situation. For a Madison area car dealer they worked for my business more then most would have. Very grateful and will start there at my next purchase instead of end there.

My salesperson was York Bleyer at Don Miller Subaru West. York was very knowledgeable about the features of both the Outback Limited and Touring as well as being very personable. I ultimately decided on the 2017 Subaru Outback Touring as it had all of the features I was looking for. He was very easy to work with and ask questions of. He kept in touch with me by phone and email after I picked up my car.

We came in to test drive a Forester on a Friday and walked away with one the following Tuesday. Dennis was terrific to work with and fostered a no-pressure environment. We felt comfortable with the entire process and really appreciate how the experience went.
The work I had done I was told on my last visit would be about $150.00. I was billed $197.00. A little disappointed with that. My reset for my oil change wasn't done so I did that at home myself. Despite this I keep coming here for regular maintenance. I just feel it's the thing to do. I don't upset easily. All in all I've always had a good experience
I came in to test drive a car for my son, as a gift. The folks at Ubersox, from the beginning to end of the process, were absolutely outstanding! There were a couple of little blips here and there which is bound to happen when buying anything these days but Steven (my salesperson) and Troy (the business manager) made everything right. It doesn't take much to make a customer happy - they wanted to know what would make *me* happy, and they did. Thanks guys, you were all just fantastic. Hands down the best mechanic I???ve worked with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need. Always goes above and beyond to make sure you have the fix needed, and it???s never a half-xxx fix like the other mechanics that you deal with. Time is an important thing to this service department, they always make sure that you have your vehicle returned in a fair amount of time. Would definitely give 10 stars to him if I could. As far as Ashley Rose, she was very polite when I came in looking for assistance, guided me back to the service department and made sure I didn???t need any further assistance. Had a phenomenal attitude and felt like she would???ve went above and beyond if I needed assistance from her. Would also give 10 stars if I could.
