I gave them 4/5 stars only because it took us leaving to get the amount we wanted for our trade-in, which isn't surprising and it kind of what you can expect. But truly JD was awesome and never pushy, I would deal with him again any day. I really appreciate how easy they made everything.

Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great.
Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.

brought my truck in for an oil change. the service was done in a reasonable time. I was disappointed that my oil sensor was not reset yet again. the last time it was reset was January 2016 and I have had my oil changed several times since then. my monthly report keeps saying I am pass due service even though I just had it done 2 weeks ago.

They are there to help in your decision, not pressure you into something just for a car sale. Business as it should be..
