The Journey exceeds all our family needs!! Plenty of room up front and the 2nd row. 3rd row suited for kids. Very good ride and love the steering! It turns like a small suv but has the room and comfort of a larger suv. The engine is plenty peppy enough for me. Had it fully loaded with people over the Christmas holidays to go look at lights. Had no trouble accelerating to get on the the highway or keeping up with traffic. The so-called experts are so far off!!! Absolutely love it!!!
Looked at several dealerships even though we???ve bought our last five vehicles from Nikels, and the end result was coming right back. The used dealership went above and beyond to accommodate both my time and financial considerations. In particular Sales Associate Andrew Medina was beyond helpful by both taking the time to provide me with preliminary numbers on several vehicles and texting me when there was any kind of sales. After four days Andrew continued to help through test drives, comparisons on different models, pricing, and even anwering calls on his days off. Once I finally decided on a vehicle, with no persuasion or coercion from Andrew, the manager (forgot name but really nice guy with beard) quickly got us through the process. It was by far the fastest transaction dealing with a car purchase to date. Trust me on this...I???ve been to every Jeep dealer within 100 miles and you will not find more fair pricing up front on the vehicle, fair trade value, or a better crew to help you out.

We enjoy the vehicle and love the ride and number passengers it can ride. The vehicle features are awesome and the comfort in traveling also.
I have been a customer of Chris Nikel for several years. They have consistently provided a great experience with a genuine sense of friendship and quality. I truly enjoy the people and environment and feel like the employees provide great service with a genuine attitude versus a fake, ???they make me do this??? approach I???ve encountered with others in the past.

I have only had it for a few days, and love it. It rides very nice, and no road noise. I do wish it had hands free for my phone.
Having experienced high pressure salesmen when previously purchasing vehicles, we were pleasantly surprised with our Chris Nikel Experience. This car has great qualities. We have 4 children and everyone is able to fit comfortably. The only thing that I do not like is where the cup holders are placed in the front. I feel that this could have been designed better. The cup holders should be up closer to the drivers hand so that it is not a stretch to reach. Other that this it is a wonderful car!
I was looking for a used vehicle and I was refereed to Stephen Stanley and he took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me options and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted!!! Finance manager was super friendly as well!! I'd definitely recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle there!!

This vehicle meets mine and my families needs! Has the 3rd row seating what we definitely wanted. Has touch screen. My favorite part about the vehicle is that everyone/passenger can control their own climax from heating to air conditioning! It’s super comfortable and roomy. It definitely makes me feel safe while driving!
I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon hard rock from another dealership in Oklahoma this past May. This dealership where I got it, never mentioned the multiple things wrong with it. I inherited many faulty problems with the engine and fuel system that I was unaware of. I took it to Melton for multiple repairs and worked with John in the service department. Best choice I ever made taking it there. John was just excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Today I picked it up and runs like brand new. I couldn???t be happier. I deeply thank John for being honest and his patience plus expertise in explaining all the parts, work and time it was going to take to get everything right. I tell you, I???m bonded to Melton service and the staff couldn???t be more helpful and friendly. Melton service is the only place we will go now to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Melton service, they are A+ top notch period. I???d say take your vehicle there even if you live far away from Claremore......I know everyone would agree wi this post. Thank you John Gifford!

Bought it with just 7 miles on it. Battery is hard to get to, you have to go through the splash guard after removing the tire. Headlights get moisture in them often, bulbs are somewhat difficult to get to. Appears to have a heater core leak already, not sure what kind of coolent it's using but it's expensive. Uses a new freon in the A/C that's not available yet. Foglights are not standard. Front license plate holder is not standard except in states that require them by law. Glove box is too small inside.
Does have an AT transmission and 4 wheel disc brakes. MPGs are nothing to write home about, averages 20.6 with 90% highway driving.
Good overall experience

I didn't know what to expect because I wasn't expecting to drive it off the lot. It exceeded all my expectations and I have received nothing but compliments in addition to congratulations on my 1st ever NEW vehicle...
The price was great on the truck, and the service was quick, easy, and painless. I???d highly recommend this dealership for value and service.

We bought this car because we wanted several of the features including, remote start, third row seating, heated seats and steering wheel, etc.
The third row seats are not really for older people because once you climb in you may not be able to get out.
It has some extra features such as storage compartments in the back floor for drinks etc. It does not have any sort of cargo cover which is a negative for us.
The gas mileage after a couple of thousand miles is at 20.3.
I do have a complaint about the lack of cup holders and their location. There are two for the front seat and they block the access to the compartment behind the cup holders.
The handling is good and road noise is minimal compared to what we are accustom to.
The seats are not as comfortable as I would prefer and the seats do not go back far enough to straighten your legs, so if you don't mind driving in a sitting position you are okay, it just isn't comfortable for me to drive with my legs bent all the time.
Something that is nice for long distance comfort is a place to rest your right foot beside the pedal which this does not have.
We had an excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle. Scott L. was very helpful and made sure we got the exact truck we were looking for!
