ABZ is amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The entire experience was great and all the staff were kind and friendly. We never felt pressured or stalked like a typical dealership. Although we did an issue with the vehicle (outside of ABZs control), Cristian was in constant communication with us as well as his management team. Christian and Leo made sure all of our concerns were addressed. ABZ went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. I traded in my 2007 F430 for a 2014 FF and could not have been happier. Must drive to believe how great this car is from top to bottom. I loved my F430 but the balance between full out V12 at 8000 rpm's and cruising in 7th gear at 1500 rpms is the best of both worlds. I always felt like I was on the edge of my seat with the 430 due to stiffness and power, but truly could relax and enjoy the drive so much more in the FF. I find myself driving it so much more and just enjoying it rather than feeling like I'm racing every time I drove the 430. Again, depends on what you are looking for but in my opinion, truly cannot beat the FF!

It has been an awesome experience. Michael Mills was a pleasure to deal with and so was the rest of the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous in answering my calls and questions even when Michael Mills was not available to do so. Ferrari of Atlanta is a very reputable dealership. The whole experience was amazing including follow up and additional questions and transactions months after the original purchase. Michael Mills made me feel very comfortable with making my first 'sight unseen' very large purchase. It is very hard to put your trust in someone to be your eyes and ears for you when you are thousands of miles away, and you can't even take a 3 day trip to fly in and check things out for yourself. Michael made me feel very comfortable with this situation. He answered all of my questions via phone, text, and emails. He even sent me some detailed pictures and videos that pertained to my questions and concerns. They all went the extra mile even with setting up and scheduling the pickup and delivery of the vehicle via a car transport company with a covered trailer. Michael sent me updated info with pictures of the pickup and loading of the vehicle when it was on it's way to me. My local servicer, who received the car in for me to do the local state inspection etc., was amazed by the quality of service and the product itself. Although, he was not surprised. He knows all of the large and small dealerships that sell new and used Ferraris in the country. When I told him that I was looking at a vehicle at Ferrari of Atlanta, he told me that I should feel at ease. He assured me that I would be receiving the best service possible from them. My servicer has been in the business for many years. He assured me that I would be very satisfied with a car from Ferrari of Atlanta, because he and his clients have had good experiences with them. I am sure that the great service will continue beyond the initial purchase. It already has. Thanks so much.

I recently brought my 458 Italia in for its annual service and to have a few modifications made and a Carbon Fiber Air Box Cover installed. My service advisor was Sebastian Vollaerts. Sebastian has always been the consummate professional throughout the years I've been bring my cars in for service. This time was no exception. I also wanted to give a huge thanks to Derek Sabedra; the Ferrari Technician that did the work on my 458. He did a fantastic job installing my exhaust valve bypass controller and air box cover. Both Sebastian and Derek went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied on all the services performed.

Did not proceed with the car in question. Nothing to do with the car or the dealership. The interaction with dealership was pleasant and would consider them again.

I normally deal with the Lamborghini Miami Dealership. Gil the GM and Eddie the Service Manager always treat me like Family. --------- This was my 1st experience with Lamborghini Palm Beach. I spoke to Ken the Sales Manager and Tom the General Manager. They gave me a good price for my 08 Spyder Gallardo as a trade and I was very happy with my Purchase. I wanted to have a few things done to the Huracan and they started doing the things I requested as we were doing the paper work. They needed another day to finish working on my car so, Ken the Sales Manager, gave me a brand new URUS to drive back to Cape Coral which is about 200 miles away! ----- In conclusion: Ken Milordis the Sales Manager was very professional and accommodating. Tom Prowzick the General Manager was very helpful was there for the entire process. He introduced me all of the Managers there and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to my close friends and family. This is how a customer should be treated when you buy this type of Vehicle!
