Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
I have now Idea why this dealer ship is so underrated , this dealership , went way and beyond our expectations , the price and service was right , I was in and out in 45 min buying a new car , I worked with ALi from sales and his manager Sami thank you both .
We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!
This is a fancy dealership being a Mercedes-Benz. However, their communication is really missed up. A car showed as available on their website. So, I inquired about it. Then, they called me again and said it was sold. A few days later they called me and said: guess what, we got a very similar car if I'm still interested. I go to the dealership and it is the EXACT SAME car. I meet a very nice salesman who helps me with a test drive. The next day, I get the customary followup call from the salesman. Later, the "internet sales" contact me if I had an questions and I asked about the best price for the car; and they said: "which car?". Hello!!! It is the car you are contacting me about! Their "internet sales" department needs to work on their communication. It is pretty missed up. Don't even bother with their internet sales. The on-ground salesmen are great.
Will and Jim made my buying process so easy with no hassle and lots of knowledge on the Jeep we were looking at. Even though we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, they all stayed behind after closing to make the deal happen as easy as possible. I buy a car at least once a year (mostly European brands) and the buying process at this dealership ranks as high as the luxury car dealers.
My co-workers recommended I speak with Will before I purchase a new vehicle. When we first met with him he was extremely professional and easy to work with. I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. I had a great experience and feel like I got an excellent value for the car I purchased.
Will Durante sold me my dream car. When I first met him I was not looking to buy a car he approached me and we talked and I told him when I was ready I would ask for him. When I was ready I told Will what I was looking for he went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. He didn:t pressure me. Will was fantastic. I also purchased a new Dodge Ram. Walnut Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is the best place to purchase a vehicle. They are very friendly and professional and they go out of their way to get you what you want. They have a great service department. I have purchased three vehicles from them and would not think of going anywhere else.

I came to the dealership looking for a fully loaded Countryman S All4 John Bremner assisted me with locating this car in inventory, the car was off site at a close by location. My brother and I drove with John in another car to that garage location, once arrived we say that beautiful Cherry Black Metallic color and saw the interior and fell in love with the car. John B let us drive the car in a close distance near the dealership, after driving I signed the credit app and credit disclosure and told him "Lets do this!" John B had appointment with another customer so I was turned over to meet Akiba Anker the General Sales Manager. Akiba mentioned to me the process and how long it would take from BMW Financial (Mini) to get the approval. Akiba was busy himself too helping his staff so I definitely commend him multi-tasking. After some 10-15 minutes I went into finance with my brother and I to meet Aaron (Mini Finance Manager), Aaron was processing the paperwork, I got Lease Protection and Tire and Wheel so I don't have to worry about any expenses during or at the end of the lease. So highly recommend new and existing buyers to have those amounts rolled over into the loan of the lease. It increased my payment by another $55-$60 however at least I'm covered for Lease Protection ($5000k) max and also Tire and Wheel if I bend my rims or if I get a nail in my tires. You would be a fool if you didn't get these insurance, unless your rich and have extra money lying around like Scrooge McDuck swimming in a money bin. All together the buying experience was awesome at Mini of San Franciso.
Everything was very fast and easy. Sales men were very friendly, and actually were willing to work with you. Good deals were offered. They followed up after making sure everything went well. Highly recommend!
I've been wanting a MINI Cooper ever since the new models came out 15 or so years ago. "B" was very helpful with all aspects of my visit, including the test drive and other logistics. My blue MINI Hatch (2011, 6-spd manual) is in great shape and I'm loving it!
I was met immediately upon arrival. They extremely polite and helpful. The only issue was my lead service person went on vacation and I kinda got lost in the shuffle.
