My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

It’s great for commuting to work and back but can’t go too far due to the range being limited. The seats are somewhat comfortable, not too bad. There is virtually no leg room in the backseats. It definitely is for small kids only and no adults. Over all it’s great for a one to two person commute around town and work. Nothing more than that.

Everything from start to finish was great and painless. No pressure, no games. Ash is a thru car guy and understands the importance of customer service. He parks every car in the garage, and stands behind his selection. I used to work in dealerships and I know the process of purchasing a car takes hours and it is draining. So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. I had an excellent Service Advisor, Taras, and he took great care of me, with some specific preferences I had. When I called very early in the morning for the appointment, I requested that day, and they were able to get me in the same day. The mechanics don't seem to get mentioned on here very much, so thank you to the great technician too! The waiting area is also nice, service waiting area and customer waiting area, with TV, Keurig machine, many various options on the flavors, bottled water, and danish/muffin assortment. While there, I also visited the accessories store, and purchased a BMW mouse pad. It's very nice, thin, special backing that prevents it from sliding, and has a photo on it of the new i8 sports car. The gentlemen who helped me in the parts/accessories store was very nice and professional, and answered questions for me on other things that I was looking at. My husband and I also got the chance to say hello to Alan and Elliott, who are also the best you'll find in the business, and Bob, our salesperson was not in yet, but he is awesome too! I love this dealership! --------------- Additional Note ------------- ***** Does anyone know why the oil they used was not the exact one recommended in the warranty and service manuals? The parts number for the oil was different, and the manual was pretty specific about this, per Page 7 of the PDF Service Manual as follows: "... vehicles are factory-filled with BMW High Performance Synthetic oils.We recommend BMW High Performance 5W-30 Synthetic Oil (BMW part number 07 51 0 017 866) for regular scheduled engine oil changes." I tried to find a logical explanation on the internet, and it seemed others had discussed this as well in the BMW forum.

I highly recommend working with Joe Lena if you are in the market to purchase or lease a BMW. My recent purchase was the third I have made at BMW Camelback and Joe is the reason I continue buying at this dealership. I am an experienced buyer of BMW vehicles beginning with the first car owned in 1990 (BMW 850, V-12), and eight additional BMW's since then including one 750, four X5''s, and now my third 650i convertible lease. All the purchased vehicles were passed on to grateful family members when it was time for an upgrade. They are rigorously manufactured and their designs are timeless. I would highly recommend Craig Rusin at Chapman BMW to anyone considering purchasing or leasing a new/used vehicle. Buying a car can be challenging even for the most experienced car buyer. Every situation is different and mine was definitely different but I learned a lot but not without the expertise of my sales manager, Craig Rusin . I work in sales and have always had a company car/fleet vehicle with corporate insurance. Recently I switched jobs and knew I would be getting a monthly car stipend vs a corporate vehicle. I needed to buy a car quickly and I am glad I found Craig Rusin at Chapman BMW. Craig Rusin was the definition of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process while being a expert on every model Chapman BMW had on the lot. I knew I wanted a BMW but I did not know which model however Craig Rusin was patient with me while explaining the features of every model we looked at. Like I said my situation was different and having corporate car insurance in my companies name meant I would have a "gap" in insurance even though I was driving 15-20k miles each year for the past 4 plus years without incident(knock on wood). Craig Rusin recommended insurance companies with the lowest rates and was involved in steps where he didn't have to participate but he did and I am thankful for his knowledge. Craig Rusin has earned a customer for life!!

Just returned home from Camelback Toyota in Phoenix with another purchase, this time a used car. The car wasn't my first choice, nor my 3rd. but since it was for a college daughter to use far away from home, her wants & desires were also important. And, it turns out, I am very happy with the result. To be clear, I don't like salesmen. But I trust John DeArmond and really feel that he, and the dealership, puts my interests first. Obviously there is a bottom line. Yet, I also feel like I got a pretty good deal. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and Camelback Toyota. The first was a new car 5 years ago. Which @ 80,000 miles now has still had NO problems and still drives like a dream. Not only was the sale an excellent experience, but the AFTER sale experience has been outstanding. John has kept in touch, literally for years, genuinely concerned that our experience was continuing to be nothing but the best. He's always been available for questions and advice regarding our purchase and other car related information. For basic tune-up stuff we have a nearby shop we like to go to. But I when we have a dealer specific thing to be done to our car, such as the 50,000 or 75,000 check, we go to the dealer. This dealer. We always feel helped and never used. So when we decided to replace the 20 year old car our girl was driving, he was the first thought of where to turn. Oh, we checked out Cars.com and the rental car companies, but our first choice was to call John. And I'm glad we did. The car buying experience can be frustrating. I've purchase at least 20 cars in my lifetime, both new and used, and really love just how painless and easy these guys make the process. Truly no pressure. Yes, they are a business, and so yes, they want you to buy a car, preferably from them. But, it's really about choices. MY choices. MY preferences, and what they can do to HELP me in fulfilling them. We gave John our parameters a couple of weeks ago and he came up with several choices that day. Spent several hours with him last week going through and driving different cars before finally deciding on a choice vehicle. We put a hold on it and when our college girl was home on spring break a last Sunday, we had her try them out. But, LOL, it turned out she liked something completely different. However, it was no problem for these guys, probably used to people changing their minds. Did I spend more than if I'd bought from an individual? Well... yes and no. Yes I paid at or below the "blue book" price. But I am also sure, and comfortable in the knowledge that this vehicle doesn't have any major problems. Nor is it likely to have any "minor" ones any time soon. And.. paying slightly more than the "suggested retail price" we were able to include an extended warranty that will take care of any problems for several years to come. Did they make a profit. Sure. But I definitely also got a deal. I'm happy, spouse is happy, child's happy. So, I've got another happy car purchase, and will be calling him again, probably in another 5 years. Because, and this is important, they're not in this business for just one sale, they're in it for the long run.

Good and Bad. We just bought a used 2014 500e with 28k miles. Dealers are currently offering nice pricing as many 2014's are coming off-lease and being turned in. We paid $7500 + tax. which seems very cheap for car that cost $30K a few years ago. The limited market and relatively high production volume keep the current resale value low. The car is blast to drive at lower speeds... It's very quick and can zip in and out of traffic lightning fast. It feels light, nimble and could probably beat many expensive sports cars up to about 60mph. If you install a 240v fast-charger in your garage and only commute in the city or shorter distances -- the car is fantastic. BUT If you have to travel over 25 miles on the freeway to work, I'm sorry to say the car is a joke. I simply would not recommend this car for commuting! The problem is that once you exceed 50mph, the battery charge diminishes shockingly fast, to the point where you may be scared you won't make it. It almost seems as though the car needs some kind of overdrive system because it uses tons of energy at 65mph, even with little throttle. In the city, it has regenerative braking to help recharge, but on the highway the motor eats battery power like crazy. The fully-charged "96-mile range" can only last about 40 miles at constant 65mph. If you commute on the freeway, you'd better have a fast-charger at work or you may not make it home.

Amazing service! I have bought many cars in my time however I will continue to be a repeat customer with Chapman Chevy! I just finished my 3rd car purchase with them in the last 2 years. I bought a Malibu in 2014 and 2 cars this month (1 new Malibu and a used car for my son). I HIGHLY recommend requesting Danny Ortiz! This last purchase I had some things I needed to have done with my car. Not only was the purchase super quick and easy, Danny was there every step of the way for the next 3 weeks to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. I have had so many sales reps in the past that lie and do not care. When the sale is done they are done. You will NOT get this service at Chapman. They will continue to help you plus the service department is top notch as well! If you are in the time of considering a purchase on a new or used vehicle I would give them a call and ask for Danny Ortiz (at least to feel him out). I just want you to have an amazing experience like I did! There is nothing in this for me and I don???t often write reviews like this however I know this can be a stressful time, especially if you do not have experienced people that care! I was in the market for a new vehicle for a few months. Having a used Saab, that I still owed quite a bit on, made it very difficult to find a cost effective deal. Honestly, the test drive sold me on this car. I looked at cars that were $10k more than this, yet in comparison this car performed just as well or even better. Smooth acceleration, quiet ride, easy maneuvering, and a quality, polished interior. The infotainment system is also easy to use and has the up to date necessities like Bluetooth streaming, voice command, and satellite radio. The only downsides I've experienced is that it's got a small, not-so-versatile interior and the range is on average 100mi, so it's only ideal for short commutes. Overall a great performing car with a lot of personality!

I absolutely love my 2017 Fiat 500e. It has plenty of off the line power and great distance on a single charge. I have no range anxiety as long as I know my route. The Interior is roomy for 2 (not a great vehicle for 4). It has wonderful features such as Bluetooth and Navigation. I would highly recommend it!

Ask for Mark Taylor! I was forced into the used car market after my car was stolen. I hadn't planned on buying a new car for years so I was somewhat clueless on what I would purchase. I spent a few days online looking at listings and the Bill Luke dealerships kept coming up with lots of good inventory and prices that were easily $1,000 - $3,000 lower than the comparable dealers (They are a no haggle dealer that prices based on blue book plus a discount so prices on all models were very competitive if not the lowest). I decided to make the drive from Cave Creek to Bill Luke Tempe to look at a few vehicles. I ended up purchasing from a different dealership, but only because I was buying used and ended up finding a better fit in someone elses inventory. However, I would recommend that anyone shopping for used vehicles give Bill Luke a shot, and ask for Mark Taylor. Mark was patient and let me test drive multiple vehicles. he helped me compare the pros and cons of multiple vehicle styles and did a great job explaining how Bill Luke dealerships do business and my options. There was never any sense of pressure. If Bill Luke had anything in their inventory that had matched what I ended up purchasing, I certainly would have returned to Bill Luke to make the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Mark.

I leased a Fiat 500e really not knowing if this would be a great commute car but I've been pleasantly surprised. My daily commute is about 35 to 40 miles which means that I can take the full trip from home to the office in one single charge (range is about 87 miles). It also helps that the office has charging stations and a charge from 10% to 100% will take about 3 to 4 hours. So, now having clocked up over 5000 miles in 4 months I really enjoy the drive of the vehicle. The torque is also impressive especially from 30 to 50. Freeway driving does limit the range but the moment i'm off the freeway the (braking regenerating) will increase the range. Having the obtained the car pool lane stickers has also reduced my commute by 10-15 minutes. What you will find thats annoying is the general availability to charge the vehicle at different locations. These can be taken up (example at malls) which can be frustrating, so I would strongly recommend to use apps such at ChargePoint to plan ahead. This is not down to the vehicle, but it is the general issue with owning an electric vehicle. We also use the vehicle to do our grocery shopping at the weekend and although the space at the back is limited we have been able to place all our shopping in the back. At occasions, the ease of placing the back seat down has helped. I also like the App which allows me to start the air con 10-15 before I get back to the car but in general the App does need some updates to improve the functionality. Pros: 1. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. 2. Good technology, such as media player (USB option), Sirius FM, Navigation 3. Incentives, tax and rebates Cons: 1. App could be improved 2. Limited space in the back for 2 adults. 3. Small vehicle (this is felt in particular on freeways).

Not Erik; he just happened to be the guy next in line and I couldn't have been more pleased! No hard sell, so deal-making, just the straight skinny with no fluff or junk on top. A straight up fair deal I'm an older retired guy so this wasn't my first "rodeo". I've bought vehicles new and used but this, at Bill Luke Fiat was the best! I felt a little odd buying a Dodge Ram truck at a Fiat dealer especially as a Ford guy but this was by far, the right choice. If you need a car/truck go to Bill Luke Fiat and Find Erik!

I've been going to this dealership for years and the service has been great. Here are excerpts from a letter I wrote recently about my service advisor, Blake Stebbins: Blake consistently keeps me up to date on that status of my vehicle when it is in for service. Blake has also always managed to squeeze me into his schedule, even when I have called for an appointment on short notice. When my vehicle was in the shop for its major 75,000 mile service not long ago, Blake had your technicians review everything on the checklist for that service but reported that most of it was unnecessary due to the condition of my vehicle. I had expected to spend $500 on that service, and ended up paying less than $100. Having gotten to know Blake over the years, this display of integrity wasn’t surprising, but that doesn’t make it any less impressive. Honestly, I didn’t think there was anything more Blake could do to improve on the level of service he already provides. It turns out I was wrong. Last week I brought my Pathfinder in for an oil change. Blake noticed that my vehicle was less than 1,000 miles from the end of the warranty on its CVT (I had no idea) and checked to see if it had thrown any codes. It had indeed. Further investigation revealed that extensive repairs to the CVT were needed. I don’t see the cost of the warranty work on my invoice, but I believe Blake said it was in the neighborhood of $3,700. I’m not sure what I would have done if this had been found after my warranty had expired. By being so thorough, Blake saved me a tremendous headache, not to mention the financial stress that would have been associated with this repair. Blake’s customer service reflects very well on your dealership. Thank you for having him on your staff, and please, don’t let him get away.

The Fiat 500 e is so much fun it should illegal for anyone under 21. Really !! It has great comfort and performance with a Euro flare. And you can feel good about it having zero emissions. Seating space is appropriate and rear hatch storage is more than enough for shopping , errands or a couple of overnight bags when heading to the airport.
