Brought my Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. The car buying process is just so long I actually hate buying cars & having to go into dealerships. Some sales people are snakes! But Lani was great made the process painless & made sure all of me and my moms questions were answered & taken care of!

Test drove the 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia--made me forget about the Audi, BMW, and Mercedes test drives. Excellent car, excellent deal and excellent experience with Matt Bond at the dealership before and after the sale.
Dave is always friendly and welcoming. Mr. Campbell is amazing and so helpful. So happy that Bjion came back, he goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and deserves acknowledgement for it.
I own a Fiat 500e with a broken tire pressure sensor. Daniel Cerna the Service Advisor took care of me. He repaired it plus he replaced a foggy rear lamp, plus a couple of recall upgrades. He told me that it was all covered under warranty. (It wasn't, but he had it covered anyway). Saved me $500.00 it repair cost. When i came to pick up my care i was very late and Danny had already gone home. He came but to the dealership to get my my care so i could take it home. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to help out a customer that was having a hard time navigate his day. Danny saved me hours of grief and i recommend taking your car to Van Nuys FIAT for all your service and repair needs. I know i will.
I brought my vehicle in for the repair to my sensor. Ron Stevenson in service was the person who greeted me at my appointment time. He was courteous and was very helpful...asked if I needed a shuttle home and gave me the senerio of what they would check on to fix the problem. This is the 3rd time I have brought my vehicle to Roseville VW. I trust them to do the job right and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Again they did not disappoint. Thanks to Ron and the crack staff this was a great experience. I highly recommend this business.

The gave us our options as far as negotiating, but never pushy what-so-ever; which was a great change from other dealership experiences. They followed up with us step by step, and make it a fantastic experience. Lisa, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and also didn't push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. I would love to have a chance to buy from them again in the future!! Highly recommend!
