I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. He greeted me at the service center. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance.

Recall after recall. No good. I totally unhappy with this car. I would not recommend to any of My friends or family members. Buy Chevy or Ford.
I contacted LeSueur regarding a Toyota Tacoma. I received a response from Kyle and promptly replied with the information I requested. When I bought this car I was with mixed feelings.But now I’m so happy, that car is very good for the money.I have leather heated seats , Beats stereo system very very nice car.My wife needs bigger car that’s why I’m selling other wise never.

My husband and I are looking to buy a 3 car to take on trips and to drive long distance for work. This is a comfortable car for the ride ,gas prices much cheaper and good for the whole price point.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

The Fiat 500L tends to get overlooked by millennials who are at the same dealership checking out Jeeps but it is probably the biggest bargain in used or new automobiles today. Basically, an Italian-designed minivan, it has a very large interior space with seats that can be folded flat for moving larger objects. The Dr. Dre beats speaker package makes you feel like you are right there at a concert in full surround sound. The turbo kicks in strong and hard when you need it. The suspension accompanies the soft wide seats and there's even adjustable lumbar support. The satellite radio/navigation package works great. There is a panoramic skyroof option that delivers the stars. It feels and is a beautifully engineered European automobile that's dependable and fun to drive.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Car is actually very big, lots of room. Great pick-up, believe it has a turbo engine. Lots of extras; Bluetooth, seat warmers and communicative dashboard
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

The island Ford jeep service dept stinks parts hard to get and they don't know how to work on this car no good mechanics don't go here

It sucks. My air conditioner has been broke for 5 months now and they can’t seem to fix the issue. The air bag light keeps popping on and off and they couldn't figure out why. The ride is so rough since I’ve bought the vehicle. It is COMPLETELY uncomfortable to ride in. The speaker for my phone has been making noises since a month after I bought it. Honestly regret buying this. Next time I will definitely stay away from these things. So disappointed.
We had a great buying experience and even had good support in service until service could not determine the problem with the low tire light. It appeared on the trip home from the lot. We have had the car in the shop three times and several phone calls. Each time they felt it was something different including the tires. On the third trip they replaced the rear tires to match the front, but that was not the problem. When that didn't correct the issue, service became defiant with my wife like it was our fault the light keeps returning. There answer this time was to take the car to another of their stores were they can put it on their computer to determine the problem. But they said we had to pay $99 for this service. We are unhappy, but are very happy with the car and we are convenced the car is safe. We will be purchasing another car in the next six months and this small problem has given us second thoughts about returning to CarMax

Being tall, and loving Fiats, this fit all the needs. I can easily fit 4 adults over 6' tall with plenty of leg room. The MPG has been amazing living in an area known for horrendous traffic. I have had mine for over 3 years and never had a single issue with is running. Only 1 recall, and it was just a computer reprogram, and a hassle free fix. One HUGE benefit is the Lifetime Roadside assistance offered by Fiat (just don't call the Chrysler #). They will tow your car, get your keys out if it, anything... for free! I love this car and would buy it again in a heartbeat.
I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn???t in any rush to purchase one. Specifically because of past and present experiences at major branded dealerships. Last year at Camelback Toyota I spent a total of 8 hours purchasing a new Camry, arguing and being miss treated and I really didn???t want to do it all over again. Luckily I did find certified preowned 4runner at Avondale Toyota within my price range and I happen to come across a great person name Scheldon Ward. This man here is a truly incredible person. He helped reach my monthly financial goal and put me in to my dream car. The process was quick and painless. The amount time and effort Scheldon took to ensure all of my needs and questions were taken care of was outstanding. All while keeping a great enthusiastic attitude and all around good vibe. I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me. A four wheeled nightmare

I purchased a 2016 Fiat 500L in the summer of 2016. I went for a new car thinking it would be more reliable and I would not have car issues for at least a while. How wrong can you be. This vehicle has been a non stop headache from the time I bought it. The air needed recharged the month after I bought it. Then there were the bulb issues. I have replaced my headlights four times each - both sides. I have replaced my brake lights four times each. I have replaced my parking lights. I have replaced both units for the license plate twice. This is within a two year period. I took it to all three area dealerships hoping they would find the issue. They all just kind of shrugged and said that is the way these cars are. I have had issues with the car suddenly slowing down flashing the check engine and transmission light and giving me the message "gear not available" in the middle of the high way. I took it to Fiat twice for this. Both times they reassured me it was nothing but the computer needing a reset and a software update. Now that it is a couple miles out of warranty, I have been told I need a new transmission. It is two years old.
