I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I've owned this car for two days, and I'm very pleased. The exterior is a looker, nice lines. The interior is fantastic! Lots of room for everything, and smart style cues everywhere you look. I love this car!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Manual transmission (clutch) failed after only 17,000 miles. Dealer estimates $3000 to replace the clutch. Fiat's warranty excludes the clutch from the power train and instead classifies the clutch as an expendable part like wiper blades and tires and only covers them for 12,000 miles. Called Fiat America help line about the issue and they said "to bad. It's out of warranty". Terrible customer relations. Will never buy a Fiat Chrysler product again.
We had a great time. Sevice was great by all the staff. Stop by just to see the lot. And we ended up with a great car at a good price. Thank you very much.

When I went to the dealership, I was asked what I was looking for. After a simple conversation about what I wanted, the salesman took me to the Jeeps. After driving one, I decided that was not for me but this little red sassy number caught my attention. One drive in sassy and I knew I wanted her!! Fun to drive, great features and more than I could have hoped for. I agree that the space in the back seating is going to be tight, it can be done. And I don’t have any young children so I don’t need the space. Nice job, Fiat!!

No pressure sales, beautiful facility and their prices are better than many big dealerships. It was worth the 30 mile drive for me and while I didn't buy a car that day, when I find the car that I like and if they have it, I'll be back.

I love this car so much! It’s such a unique look and the inside is so cool. The dash always matched the color of your car which I think is awesome! If you like unique cars this is definitely a great option! It drives really smooth and I drive about an hour to work and back. The gas is great to! One thing I will complain about is I got a 2016 used Fiat 500X Pop and the radio was so outdated. It didn’t come with Bluetooth or back up camera. I’m not about having all the extra amenities but I think Bluetooth is important so you can answer phone calls without holding the phone to your ear, which is now illegal. But other then that, it’s amazing.
I was talking to another dealer about buying a 2018 GTI, but they gave me the run around constantly (oh it doesn't include our add-ons, oh it includes every incentive, etc.). I walked into Hendrick and made it known I wanted a new GTI. After an initial lowball on my trade-in they easily matched it and lowered the price on theirs below the other dealer. They made the buying process simple and easy. Plus they (the dealer) covers the first 10K service which VW no longer does . Another plus. Finance was pushy to sell their stuff, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I'd give them a 4.5/5.

I thoroughly like this SUV for its distinctive styling and several features that you'd not expect to see on a vehicle in this class. It handles well and provides a good, solid ride. The 4 cylinder engine is smaller than what I have previously been used to and is a bit slow to respond by comparison, but capable and even peppy although it does have a tendency to be a bit sluggish sometimes at low speeds.
Overall, I am very satisfied with his vehicle and am looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. The one thing that most attracted me to the car in the first place was what I see as a great value. Bought this one used, got a great deal and have been pleasantly surprised at performance and overall quality.
I want to thank you for the excellent service that I was provided with yesterday. I usually dread going to any dealership to have my car serviced and prolong my visits as much as I can (this cannot be good for my car in the long run). However, the honesty and respect for my time that I received yesterday by John Berry has shifted my thinking, at least with regards to this BMW location. The outstanding service I received will definitely encourage me to not hesitate as much when I need to take my car in. Once again thank you!

I bought my 2016 Fiat 500x easy a little over a month ago used with 47,000 miles already on it, in the short time that I’ve owned it I’ve already put about 3,000 miles on it just from everyday driving and a long road trip to Canada. I love this car!! It’s my first car as I’m only 18 and I pay for it all by myself which is another thing I love: it’s cheap. All in all per month it costs me about $380 with insurance and gas. Which is super reasonable for a teenager or someone who needs a nice car but can’t spend a lot of money. Mine has AWD which I also love even though I haven’t driven it in the snow yet, I know it’s going to be perfectly fine. My only drawbacks which don’t really matter to me but would probably annoy some people who are more into cars, is that the transmission is SLOW. Also not a lot of torque so it takes some effort to get it up to speed. It’s totally fine once it’s up there it just takes some effort and can be kind of loud and off putting when accelerating. But I love it and it’s the perfect car for me!
Luis was great. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had to do very little on my end to get this deal done. I will definitely return when I need another car.

Never thought of a fiat, but my hubby is Italian and told me to give it a try...it’s small and fun...the dashboard has the exterior metal (same color) giving it a sports car kinda feel...love the feel of the steering wheel, small and very responsive again giving it a sporty feel..the driver seat could be a little more comfortable, but it’s not uncomfortable...roomy hatch compartment considering that the car is small..love the double glove compartments...decent sound system...fun to drive...
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I needed an economical everyday car. This was perfect for me. I am a single mom so my budget is tight. The features are great. Front seats are comfortable, rear is a little cramped. Cargo space is just enough. It's size makes it really easy to get around and doesn't take up the whole garage. So far, I am very pleased with this vehicle. Only cons would be not very fast and small rear seats.
Tovi Motors went above and beyond my expectation. Called in to check availability of a car, Z was able to answer all my questions and offered great financing. All the cars were in great condition, clean and well displayed. Best part was Z was able to beat my own banks rate. Very happy with my purchase and will recommend to anyone in the future.

Spunky fun car to drive with great style. Comfortable with all the perks you need. Large enough to fit 4 people comfortably but small enough to park and get around NYC.
Extremely helpful staff. Buying the vehicle was a pleasure with these people. Would recommend that anyone might conceder stopping there first. Good selection and great prices!

It should be illegal to sell a car with such poor resale value; more than 50% in 18 months. Erratic shifting, very poor resale value, noisy Ride. Just a bad value. There’s so much better out there.
My salesman David was very informative he got back with me in answering all my questions also had a speedy return when it came to my financial institution request forms. Had a New oil change when I got the car my black 2014 BMW 640i Love the services ask for David nice knowledgeable young man

Love everything (VERY Italian!) about it after 2-yrs of owning it! The only 2 small review-ticks away from a perfect-score from me are: (Comfort) It does ride like a Jeep, takes some getting used to, but overall good. (Interior) Takes practice using the (Loud) blinker not to flash your high-beams, and the window controls also take practice with their auto-down/up. (And for some reason, the windshield doesn't have the top tinted for sunlight/glare).
Such personal, fast friendly and professional service. Everyone on the service drive (greeters, advisors, management and clerks) is always in a positive mood and helpful.

Great ride but the transmission shift to much I herd the is a software update on the transmission. The seats very comfy the handling was excellent and for a small SUV Out felt safe.
