Plus he washed my car. He told me next time I need service they will come to my house and pick my car up and bring it back to me when the services is done. Just bought a new Tucson hybrid here. Folks at Kirkland Hyundai were great to work with. Good selection on the lot. Sales person Zishan was really straitforward and polite to work with. He was not at all pushy (like at some places) and didnt play any games. Was willing to work on price and the overall experience was good. Would definitly reccomend.

Honestly, this would have been a one star review all around, but thanks to Alder I'm giving all fives. Unfortunately, the customer agent who was handling my car service was let go or quit (I'm not sure which) the day they took my car in. This resulted in a multi-day, multi-problem situation that was frustrating and stressful. Alder took full accountability and set everything straight with no additional cost. I would definitely go back and ask for Alder specifically if I need anything else.

Been shopping for a 2024 Maverick for about a month online. Had some other contacts with Ford dealers in the region. The Sound Ford folks very quickly offered one with features I wanted and even got it below MSRP. Made an appointment, paid cash, drove away in about an hour and a half. Good customer service, very considerate folks. In my case, I paid cash, but they seemed well set up to discuss financing if needed and trade-ins. No last second changes, added fees, delivered what we all agreed on. Kinda what buyers want so they can figure out what they can get. Also compare this review to what Pierre Ford in Lynnwood offered (after they knew what I requested and would pay cash: $2000 above offered price if I didn't finance with a "preferred lender" and have a trade in. Plus, the cars they wanted to show had all kinds of stuff I didn't ask for. Give Sound Ford a try, they seem very straight forward if you want a car. Thanks.
