I bought my Sprt Trac 3 years ago from a small dealership. Just over 200,000 miles on it. I love it!! I had a few things that had to be replaced bc it had sat in storage for a couple years. By far the best vehicle I've owned! I'll never get rid of it ❤️

I got tired of the game at other dealerships, Carmax was transparent, professional, and friendly. I can't see how anyone could give them any less then 5 stars, and I am a tough customer, when it comes to customer service!!!

We do recommend the Chrysler 300S with the 5.7L engine. Although it has spirited performance, the 2023 300C with the 6.4L engine is noticeably faster. Seats are very comfortable and the air conditioning is powerful. We got an honest 25mpg on our recent 1100 mile trip. Although I am a poor judge of infotainment systems, this one appears entirely adequate. The only mechanical problem was the need to replace all the original brake rotors. It took more than two months for the dealer to receive factory replacements. As of this date new ones are still available. You will like this car.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Great gas mileage, comfortable, love the driver assist, turbo is a fast truck and just enough room for golf clubs, ebikes, and whatever else I need to haul around. Not a single problem after 20,000 miles. A lot of these negative reviews are competing dealerships leaving garbage reviews.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I traded my 07’ Mx5 for a 2019 cx3 GT AWD crystal blue w parchment leather. I love the cruise control you can set it and it basically drives itself. It will slow and speed up, it also stops for you if you’re at a stop and you don’t use the (auto hold) or forget to, if you start to go and there’s a car in front of you it will stop the car for you. It’s saved me from having an accident several times. It reminds me of my Mx5 of course that’s not a fair comparison, but it’s fun like my Mx5 just as fun in a different way. I like the size and all of the options. But the main reason why I choose the Cx3 is because I love the way it looks. Most smaller SUV’s are ugly. But the Cx3 is different. That’s probably why the Cx3 is still in production in some parts of the world. Yes there’s a 2024 Cx3 and it hasn’t changed much in almost 10 years. Too bad it’s not still produced in the US. My best advice for anyone looking to buy a Cx3 is to test drive a few different trim levels. (Sport, Touring and Grand Touring) personally I can’t always see at night, so I decided that I needed the LED headlights and I wanted the Bose sound system. But after owning it for 5 years and 40k miles I think Bose car stereos are overrated. It shouldn’t be a dealbreaker the regular sound system is just as good. But really think about the features that are important to you, and don’t settle. For example If you want Car play or android auto, then tell the dealer that you want car play installed or your not going to buy from them and I’m going to bet that they’ll get it installed for you. Just keep in mind that the Sport model and the GT model are priced differently for a reason. Personally I have mixed feelings about the AWD system, it’s amazing how it works but I don’t think it’s necessary for the majority of people. Thanks for reading. I leased this car in March after 12 years of being a Prius owner. My Prius was involved in a head-on crash, and although it performed amazingly, I wanted something a little more solid. This car fits the bill for a robust crossover option that also reduces the carbon footprint. The Crosstrek Hybrid is the perfect car for me. I live in an urban environment where I drive short distances for errands or to work. If I go further then the hybrid kicks in. Granted, we have been driving less during stay at home, but I have had this car 4 months and have only used 1/2 a tank of gas which is incredible. I charge it when I get home and at work also. The fact it can charge from a regular plug is amazing. I have not noticed my electric bills go up particularly, despite driving this car almost exclusively on the electric battery. If you do short drives close to home then this car is a great bet. If you drive longer distances routinely then this car might not be worth the extra money over the regular Crosstrek. The interior is roomy and comfortable. My only gripe is there's no wireless charging point, which is offered on Toyota's. You have to connect with a wire which is okay, but in this day and age you'd hope for more. The car handles very smoothly and has a nice 4 wheel drive capacity for mountains, hikes etc. There isn't tons of trunk space as the battery takes up a lot of room, but sufficient I'd say unless you need to frequently carry large loads. The car feels solid and safe, and my insurance premiums went down from my Prius as Subaru has such a great safety record. Finally, this car qualifies for the orange Access OK sticker, which enables you to use the HOV lane and park for free at meters in certain towns (such as Santa Monica.) Overall I am really thrilled with this car!

Very enjoyable driving this car. Never get bored of it. Very fast and reliable after at about 150000 miles. Almost no oil consumption. Still no alarm on dashboard.My first one was totaled and bought the same car used with different color. I am in love with my Acura RL .

I have a 2000 V70 2.4 with 200k kilometers and its just a brilliant car all round. Solid, reliable, comfy & the engine sound is incredible.

Easy parking and great maneuverability (turns on a dime!). Rather jerky to drive at first, but got used to it. Drives like a standard on automatic. Feels/sounds like a little sports/race car to me. Getting used to avoiding manholes and potholes in road, because impact is harsh! Love driving it though! Great mileage. Gas cost reasonable. Tons of room for such a tiny car! Seating comfortable, even for taller passengers. Roomy cargo space. Love how it looks and how people look at it, haha!

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

I owned our 2006 freestyle for over 18 years. It has 237,000 miles on it and we only have had to do the AC, and thus far 1 wheel baring. This car is better then anything I have ever driven. However, after all these years...a thorough paint job is required and I am gonna get it done! Runs like a charm, no noise in the engine and purrs like a kitten. I love my freestyle! She's getting up in the years but still passes an inspection with flying colors.

Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

They care overall is great. Fred is fixing any of the little things that we knew about it prior to me taking it!!! Fred added on so much and is putting new tires on and fixing any of the little things!!!!!

Purchased 2016 Scion IA 6 speed MANual transmission brand new June 2016. As of writing this on December 10th 2023 the car has almost 293,000 miles. I've been doing my own maintenance such as fully synthetic oil changes since the beginning. I replaced both front control arms, alternator, spark plugs, one engine mount which was my fault it broke, driver's seat (because I was 335 lb max at 6 ft 2 in tall and the seat broke because I was fat), but this is just maintenance and wear and tear that is expected with such a high mileage car. The important things like the engine and transmission are still good. It burns some oil but I keep up with topping it off and this is expected at high miles using a thin 0w 20 oil. I only buy manual transmission vehicles and have been driving stick since 2005. My Scion has the original clutch which still grips like new with no slippage and the shifts are still buttery smooth. The reliability of this non-turbo low horsepower 4 cylinder engine with the 6-speed manual transmission is astonishing and maintenance and repairs are very simple because it's a 4 cylinder. This Toyota Scion IA is actually a Mazda 2!!! And this car has taken a beating because I drive it for work following people so it has a lot of idle time, a lot of highway miles and a ton of stop and go driving! I would obviously recommend. It's a shame these aren't made anymore and you can't buy the Mazda 2 itself! Purchased for a little over $15,000 brand new in 2016 with about 30 mi. Now today's market has this vehicle listed at around the same amount with a bunch of miles!
