Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

Paul was great to work with. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Paul knew I was an hour away from the dealer, and was very honest over the phone regarding the details of the car (most dealers are not). His manager Nick was also very honest and great to work with. 2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

This is our ninth Ford and our eighth from Packey Web. We have dealt with the same salesperson each time. Elliott Sivewright has always been awesome every time. He knows us now, so this last transaction was a breeze. We called him and told him what we were looking for and what amenities we absolutely wanted and what amenities we could do without. He found a couple cars and told us to come in. We left with one of those choices a few hours later. Always great service!

Very pleasant atmosphere and the hard working staff that makes it all happen service advisors, service technicians, parts department, billing dept. and cashiers, & sales and to add that I have a quite long history with Roesch i can honestly say that all though i had one bad experience with the service department that was swiftly rectified by means of the service manager overall I would recommend Roesch dealership to any of my family members and associates , lastly I must say kudos to service advisor ( Jessica Mamahua ) & service director ( Adam Jaswilko ).

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!
