Nick and Adam were an absolute pleasure to work. I test drove the vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. Emailed them the next day to advise that I wanted it with the condition that a few items be fixed. Not only did Nick fix my concern items, he also took care of a few items I was not aware of. The night I purchased the vehicle, they stayed late to accommodate my schedule since I was coming from Charlotte. While Nick was filling me on the car, Adam went out and checked on my wife to make sure she was comfortable and happy. Great guys and I highly recommend using them for your next car purchase.

Stuart was so nice when I first called to ask about the vehicle. I went to purchase the vehicle and was given top of the line service. He came out in the ran to get me and my family out our car. He offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. He careful explained all paperwork to us. I will be sending many people to Stuart in the future
Very quick and thorough buying experience, purchased my new Honda and couldn’t be happier. Serivce is also great as I originally came in for some work on the old car and decided to trade instead and they waved my Serivce bill!!

Tom Boyer (sales manager) and Greg Davis were both instrumental in helping me secure the best price point for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara purchase. Blew a tire on I85 in construction zone. Came to 1st exit we saw. Cable Automotive right off exit. They helped us by changing our tire with full spare tire that we had to help us on our way. Even told us of tire places nearby if we needed to buy before moving on to our destination which was Lynchburg, Va. Even though we were not a resident of the area (we were traveling from Augusta, Ga) or came to purchase a car they did not charge us for their efforts. Also - It was a very hot, humid and miserable day to say the least. Hats off to all the staff who came to our assistance.
Customer service was ok but I have had nothing but problem after problem with the vehicle that I purchased from them. Then I was told that I didn't need to get a warranty plan that covers more than the Powertrain Plus and it's like everything that has gone wrong with the car over the past year isn't covered on that warranty. I was also told that my deductible was $0 down and that's not what my warranty was. I have spent a couple thousand to keep up with the repairs of this car.
